Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Director to lead our Marketing Operations function. This strategic leadership role will oversee the entire marketing operations tech stack, drive the acquisition of new systems, oversee a team dedicated to managing the marketing automation system and optimizing marketing performance. The ideal candidate will be adept at both managing technologies and leading people, with a vision to innovate and streamline our marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction to the Marketing Operations team, setting strategic objectives and ensuring the alignment with overall business goals

  • Manage the technology stack related to marketing automation , evaluat e and implement tools and systems to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness

  • Lead the acquisition and integration of new systems to support evolving marketing strategies

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches

  • Drive performance management processes within the team, setting KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement in operations and outcomes

  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability, mentoring team members and developing a high-performing marketing operations group

  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to integrate marketing operations with company-wide strategies

  • Conduct high-level analysis of marketing performance, translating data into strategic insights and action plans

  • Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring that marketing operations deliver s value and maintain s alignment with business objectives

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a marketing operations team

  • Proven experience managing a comprehensive marketing automation stack and leading digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong strategic planning and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful teams

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools

  • Demonstrated ability in performance management and driving teams to achieve and surpass objectives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and lead teams in a dynamic environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
