We are looking for an experienced **Procurement Manager** to lead **Logistics services sourcing** across the Latin America. Besides this role will be responsible globally for sea freight. This role is accountable for **strategic supplier management, negotiations, cost savings and contract coverage,** working closely with stakeholders to ensure business continuity and value creation.
This is a **manager-level, individual contributor role** , reporting directly to a global procurement leader and playing a key role in regional and global sourcing strategies.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Support/ Coordinate the development of and deploy procurement strategies related to the assigned categories. Follows alignment to priorities and performance goals, executes the strategy and implement strategic procurement efforts and innovation in specific categories as necessary and appropriate. Deploy sourcing best practices globally and ensure they are widely adopted
+ Follow strategy implementation. Track and trace forecasted performance vs. actual savings for the categories. Assist to find solutions to mitigate any supply risk
+ Responsible for ocean strategy and make markets updates to the organization on ocean topics
+ Represent sourcing categories with Group stakeholders. Communicate sourcing market trends/results for categories to key stakeholders. Work with finance stakeholders to ensure savings are built and measurable into budgets and the annual operating plan. Support the sourcing team to be actively engaged in core business processes. Provide regional/local budget input on market effect, standards and productivity initiatives impacting costs
+ Participate in the process to select and monitor suppliers. Coordinate the supplier selection and negotiation process for key sourcing teams and overall management of the strategic suppliers to the group.
+ Lead regional/ local sourcing strategies in alignment with the global category strategy and oversee sourcing events
+ Maintain expertise in the categories of spend. Remain updated with market trends through relationships with Supply Managers, suppliers and market experts, and ensure that we have a process to gain access/familiarity with emerging supplier capabilities
+ Execute the Group Sustainability Targets and the sourcing strategies include Sustainable Engineering
+ Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, contracts management and laws, as well as monitoring suppliers quality, risk and compliance
+ Coordinate the Category Strategy Planning: Mobilize teaming, Collect category insights (with Analytics) & create category profiles, Identify opportunities & prioritize projects (with Business Partner) and Create category and buying channel strategy
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
+ **Experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing**
+ Experience in industries such as **FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, or Industrial manufacturing**
+ Proven expertise in **logistics categories** and ideally **ocean freight** .
+ Ability to operate effectively in a **matrix, international environment**
+ Strong analytical capability with advanced **Excel skills** ;
+ **English and Spanish: Fluent (mandatory)** - daily interaction with global stakeholders and supplier ( **Portuguese i** s a plus)

**The Role**
We are looking for a Head of Sales, Mexico to lead and accelerate our growth in one of our most exciting international markets. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role, responsible for building our presence in Mexico, unlocking new routes to market and creating the foundations for long-term, profitable growth.
While we already have a small number of live accounts in market, the core focus of this role will be to open up the wider Mexico opportunity: identifying, securing and scaling strategic retail, e-commerce and distribution partnerships that increase brand reach, relevance and commercial momentum with Mexican consumers.
This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in building something from the ground up. The successful candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong customer credibility and the energy to create opportunities at pace. They will be equally comfortable shaping the plan and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen.
The Head of Sales, Mexico will act as the market lead for Mexico, partnering closely with teams across Demand Planning, Operations, Marketing and Innovation to ensure the commercial strategy is connected to supply, brand priorities, consumer insight and future product launches.

**Job Purpose**
Lead the execution of brand strategies for the Writing Instruments category in Mexico, serving as the key link between Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and external agencies. **Position Summary**
The Factory Planner plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient supply of BIC's Marker product portfolio, including Brite Liner Classic & Grip and Permanent Markers (Fine & Ultra Fine). This position is responsible for developing and managing short- and medium-term production plans that balance customer demand, manufacturing constraints, capacity, and inventory objectives.
As the key link between global supply chain teams and manufacturing sites across multiple countries and regions, the Factory Planner drives supply continuity, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures successful execution of new product launches, sourcing changes, and operational improvements. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a complex, global environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain short- and medium-term production plans for assigned product families, ensuring optimal product availability and service levels.
+ Balance manufacturing capacity, material availability, inventory targets, and operational constraints to support business objectives.
+ Monitor supply and demand dynamics, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
+ Optimize inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence and excess stock.
+ Serve as the primary interface between global supply chain teams, regional stakeholders, and manufacturing facilities.

**Required**

+ Strong understanding of S&OP and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

**Propósito del rol**

+ Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales.
+ Monitorear e implementar las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de los indicadores de negocio y la satisfacción del cliente. Cumplir con los lineamientos estipulados en los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud, así como también definir los controles necesarios.
+ Supervisar que el personal a su cargo ejecute las actividades relacionadas a su puesto para que se cumplan los objetivos planteados de negocio y se mantenga en funcionamiento los sistemas de gestión de Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud.
**Perfil:**
**Estudios mínimos requeridos:** Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, industrial, mantenimiento y/o carrera a fin.
**Conocimientos / y experiencias necesarias más allá de los estudios mínimos:** Experiencia en mantenimiento a edificios, plantas de emergencia, subestación eléctrica, aire acondicionado, instalaciones eléctricas y UPS.

Como Coordinador(a) de Planeación Financiera, serás un socio clave del negocio para los equipos de Marketing y Trade Marketing, impulsando la visibilidad financiera, el control del presupuesto y la generación de insights estratégicos.Serás responsable de la integración, análisis y explicación de la información financiera, liderando procesos de forecast y análisis de variaciones, con el objetivo de maximizar la rentabilidad por categoría, cliente, canal y SKU.Este rol requiere un perfil altamente analítico, con fuerte entendimiento de P&L, capacidad de influencia y habilidades de comunicación, ya que tendrás interacción constante con stakeholders comerciales.
**Responsabilidades principales**
+ Actuar como business partner para Marketing y Trade Marketing en la planeación, control y ejecución de presupuestos
+ Liderar el proceso de forecast y análisis de variaciones vs presupuesto, explicando drivers clave
+ Preparar reportes mensuales que aseguren visibilidad de resultados, inversiones y desempeño
+ Realizar análisis de rentabilidad (P&L) por producto, categoría, cliente y canal
+ Desarrollar análisis financieros para iniciativas comerciales (In & Out)
+ Dar seguimiento a inversiones en Publicidad, Trade Marketing, POP y Consumer Support
+ Generar insights y recomendaciones basadas en datos para mejorar el ROI y la toma de decisiones
+ Colaborar con equipos de Ventas, Marketing y Trade Marketing en temas financieros
+ Preparar y presentar información financiera a stakeholders locales y globales
+ Impulsar mejoras en procesos, reporting y análisis financiero
**Perfil requerido**
**Educación y experiencia**
+ Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o afín
+ 3 a 5 años de experiencia en planeación financiera, commercial finance o roles similares
+ Experiencia en empresas de consumo (FMCG) altamente deseable
+ Experiencia en presupuestos, forecast y análisis financiero
**Habilidades técnicas**
+ Conocimiento sólido de P&L y análisis de rentabilidad
+ Manejo avanzado de Excel (fórmulas avanzadas)
+ Experiencia con herramientas de reporte (Power BI, HFM u otras) es un plus
+ Conocimiento de conceptos de finanzas comerciales (pricing, ROI, control de gastos)
+ Inglés avanzado de negocios (indispensable)

**Propósito del puesto**
Liderar al equipo de CPFR de BIC México, el único modelo de planeación colaborativa a nivel BIC LATAM, con el objetivo de maximizar el nivel de servicio, la precisión del pronóstico y el impacto comercial en las cuentas más estratégicas de retail y distribución.
Este rol actúa como la base operativa y analítica de la función de CPFR. El/la Coordinador(a) dirige un equipo de 4 analistas, gestiona el proceso end-to-end de pronóstico colaborativo y reposición para clientes clave que representan aproximadamente el 52% del OIS de México, y funge como líder técnico senior del área frente a clientes, directores cross-funcionales y el General Manager.
A través de la transformación de información de clientes, sell-out y mercado en recomendaciones basadas en datos, este rol impulsa la mejora continua en la precisión de pronósticos, niveles de inventario en tienda y ejecución del negocio, asegurando al mismo tiempo la escalabilidad del modelo CPFR hacia nuevas cuentas estratégicas conforme el negocio crece.
**Requisitos del perfil**
**Educación:**
+ Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.
**Experiencia:**
+ Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en CPFR dentro de la industria de consumo masivo (FMCG).
**Conocimientos y competencias:**
+ Experiencia en **CPFR o planeación de supply chain** , con entendimiento de servicio a cliente.
+ **Excel avanzado y Power BI** (indispensables).

El Coordinador de Trade Marketing - Canal Papelero será un aliado estratégico del área Comercial para desarrollar, coordinar e implementar planes de Trade Marketing enfocados en el canal papelero, garantizando una ejecución rentable y eficiente en punto de venta, expos y eventos comerciales, con el objetivo de acelerar el crecimiento del canal, fortalecer la presencia de marca y maximizar oportunidades de sell in y sell out.
La posición requiere un perfil altamente proactivo, analítico y orientado a la ejecución, con capacidad para liderar múltiples proyectos y coordinar proveedores externos, asegurando una implementación impecable de materiales, exhibiciones, activaciones y estrategias comerciales en un entorno altamente dinámico y estacional.
**Responsabilidades:**
1. Desarrollar e implementar planes y estrategias de Trade Marketing para el canal papelero, asegurando una correcta ejecución en punto de venta y eventos comerciales.
2. Coordinar materiales POP, exhibiciones, activaciones y dinámicas comerciales orientadas a incrementar sell out, visibilidad y participación de mercado.
3. Liderar y coordinar proveedores externos relacionados con producción, materiales, montaje, logística y ejecución operativa de eventos y expos comerciales.
4. Trabajar en conjunto con el área Comercial para desarrollar estrategias que impulsen crecimiento rentable y maximicen oportunidades de negocio dentro del canal.
5. Dar seguimiento al presupuesto asignado al canal, asegurando un uso eficiente de recursos y control adecuado del gasto.
6. Analizar información comercial, sell in, sell out, inventarios, participación de mercado y tendencias del canal para detectar oportunidades y generar propuestas accionables.
7. Coordinar y ejecutar la participación de BIC en ferias y expos comerciales del canal papelero, asegurando excelencia operativa y cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
8. Desarrollar estrategias orientadas a mejorar la mezcla de producto, visibilidad y ejecución en clientes clave del canal.
**Perfil y experiencia:**

**Propósito del puesto**
