**Role Summary:**
Flowserve is looking for an experienced and skilled Materials manager effectively manages materials to meet enterprise inventory, order to delivery, lead time, and labor/manufacturing productivity targets. This includes management of the master production schedule to minimize cost and maximize plant performance.
As well as, developing the planning team to perform long, medium, and short-range planning, govern master data, and utilize ERP system for effective materials planning processes.
This position supports all materials management planning initiatives and process standards.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, manage, and coach planning team members
+ Oversee all materials planning processes (SIOP, Demand Management, MPS, MRP, Production Control, and Inventory management)
+ Develop effective materials strategy to support OTD ( order to delivery) and lead time targets with optimized inventory investment
+ Manage past due backlog, prepare recover plans, overall reporting, and improvement projects
+ Ensure production schedules maximize utilization of manufacturing assets maintaining schedule adherence, OTD, past due backlog, and inventory targets
+ Ensure planning processes support corporate and facility initiatives
+ Align ERP plans with project management milestones
+ Manages inventory for POC (Percentage of Completion)
+ And any other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum 7 years' working experience in manufacturing environment using ERP systems in a material planning role.
+ Solid leadership experience
+ Proven track record of leading continuous improvement activities
+ Commercial oriented and able to manage, analyse and interpret financial data Experienced in ERP systems (preferably SAP)

**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Sr. Project Engineer will work on Order-specific design of liquid ring vacuum pumps/compressors and systems (Packages)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Order-specific adaptation of pump designs, components and systems/packages, based on existing standard systems
+ Order handling of engineered to order (ETO) orders for process systems / packages including performing risk analysis, design reviews, conformity assessment and coordination and training of GTEC support for engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, wiring diagrams, Isometric pipe drawings, BOM's etc. in cooperation with Itzehoe and / or Guelph site team
+ Design creation considering and applying the applicable directives such as machinery directive, pressure equipment directive (PED) and ATEX directive as well as international standards and guidelines such as ASME Codes, NEC, API etc.
+ Application of design engineering principles with regard to functional and production-oriented design considering HFE
+ Perform and evaluate necessary calculations for optimal component design
+ Selection and specification of system / package components (valves, instruments, pipes, etc.) for procurement
+ Creation of required documents for product portfolio including accessories, such as parts lists, drawings, SAP master data, instructions and manufacturing documents
+ Provision of inquiry documents for the supply chain and technical review of incoming supplier offers
+ Technical support for component qualifications and external solutions from suppliers, during production and for quality assurance
+ Documentation creation and organization in particular of all technical information, such as operating and assembly instructions, including initiation of required translations, with significant involvement of Commercial Operations team
+ Review of P&ID (Pump & Instrumentation Diagram) flow diagrams
+ Determine cost and delivery impact of changes to the scope of supply
+ Collaborate with BU's and GTEC Engineers to improve the Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement.
+ Implements engineering best practices and Flowserve standards, reviews new standards and identifies gaps
+ Supports customers by providing technical solutions support
+ Provides assistance to FPD sites to develop work scope required in solving equipment problems through pump/system/operations modifications & upgrades via technical/commercial proposals.
+ Apply programs & methods of solving problems and modify existing product designs to meet customer needs & to improve product life.
+ Identify new/improved design standard and procedural documents.
+ Work with other Engineers to promptly investigate & resolve shop floor problems relating to design or quality issues; record & report findings, make corrections & help develop and implement permanent, cost effective solutions.
+ Responsible for fulfilling customer requirements and meet project budget.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**_Education:_**
BSc or MSc (prefferably) in Mechanical Engineering is required
**_Professional experience:_**
+ 3 to 5 years relevant experiences and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Oil & Gas industry, project engineering, 3D design, hydraulic engineering, pressure vessels, instrumentation and interpreting customer specifications

**You Role and Impact**
The Hub Procurement Lead is accountable for all supply chain activities as it pertains to their respective region; primarily in the form of operational execution in support of Division revenue and customer delivery.
The overall focus of the role is to ensure that purchase demand for both Direct & Indirect scopes of supply is executed effectively per the requirements of the region.
The role will have direct responsibility for a team of Procurement Specialists to transact Procure-to-Pay activities for the named region and shall leverage other functions such as Sourcing to ensure all deliverables are met on time, to the right quality and to competitive market level pricing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the supply chain function within their assigned scope with focus on supporting operations.
- Ensure that all the sourcing and procurement activities in support of the daily operations are fulfilled on time and delivery the correct balance of Quality, Delivery & Cost as determined by the business goals.
- Ensure that the ERP system is up to date with all relevant supply chain data and parameters; including item master data, supplier master data and Purchase Order documents.
- Develop and deliver the inputs required for the AOP and STRAP; with focus around spend and savings.
- Identification of opportunities to increase spend under contract and rationalize the supply base and then collaborate with the appropriate Sourcing/Category teams to deliver the benefit.
- Identify any specific supply/supplier risks as it pertains to the managed scope and elevate them through the appropriate process/hierarchy.
- Support the communication and negotiation with suppliers for any claims associated to warranty, liquidated damages etc.
- Ensure full compliance of the supply chain activities in alignment with external regulatory requirements.
- Facilitation of the Flowserve Management System as it pertains to the role and managed teams.
- Operate in full compliance to all Flowserve Policies & Procedures as applicable to the role.
**Required Qualifications**
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Role Summary: Flowserve is looking for an engaged manager to lead the Quality Group. This position is responsible for driving initiatives to improve quality performance through continuous improvement (CI).
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Engages with the site leadership teams to effectively communicate customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Manages the QA team and the Manufacturing Indirect QC team of a particular site to ensure proper balance of meeting quality targets and operational throughput.
- Oversees the effective documentation and implementation of the QMS to assure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and the standards set by corporate/division policies.
- Partners with the leadership team to ensure that individuals performing functions affecting quality are trained and demonstrate the appropriate skills and performance results.

- Approval of all business system QAB access requests and annual access audits.
- Maintain corporate corrective action system to analyze and drive corrections of nonconforming conditions and complaints.
- Implements the performance measurements necessary to effectively evaluate organizational performance and trends in product quality, services, customer satisfaction and the cost of quality.
- Uses the results of performance evaluation to drive improvement efforts using Lean/CI tools.
- In conjunction with supply chain resources, develop and initiate methods to qualify, certify and maintain domestic or low-cost region suppliers in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Responsible for developing and managing the Material Review Board process.
- Collaborating with our company's quality leadership, you will champion the implementation of the quality plan and quality management system (QMS) at the site level to achieve the overall success of quality objectives.
- Using your demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation and problem-solving skills, you can lead this team to enhance and improve the site's products and services through the implementation of ISO 9001, root cause analysis (RCA), prevention methods, and CI techniques (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control).

Role Summary
In this role, as a BSC Accounts Payable Accountant, you will perform a variety of tasks and other financial activities within our organization, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes. This includes processing PO/non-PO invoices, reconciling vendor statements, following up on aged items handling inquiries, generating reports (such as KPI, GRNI, and AP Aging) and participating in the month-end closing procedures. Process non-PO invoices in accordance with the Delegation of Authority
Monitor and reconcile vendor statements to ensure payments are up to date
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Participate in month end closing

Perform other ad-hoc tasks defined by the direct leader or above
Handle queries through email or phone (both external and internal customers)
Review payment runs to ensure data accuracy
Produce monthly reports (e.g. KPI, GRNI, AP Aging)

**POSITION DESCRIPTION**
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for running the sourcing events as requested upon them from the Sites or BU's and received through the appropriate system workflows.
The overall focus of the role is to manage the complete RFQ/RFP process and to select the most appropriate supplier for the intended scope of work based on Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost parameters and aligned with the global category strategy.
**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**
+ Execute the sourcing events on behalf of the Sites/BU's as defined by the system workflows in a timely manner.
+ Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value offering for Flowserve with respect to the scope of work and Site/BU needs; balancing Quality, Delivery and Cost. This includes any specific flowdowns or contractual terms relative to a specific scope.
+ Where applicable, finalize contractual agreements such as Price Lists or Teaming Agreements per the specific scope of supply and ensure they are loaded appropriately within the applicable tools/ERPs.
+ Comply with the sourcing strategy as set forth by the Global Category Management function; including focusing spend on Partner & Preferred suppliers.
+ Create and expedite any new supplier requests / supplier changes as required to support the BU operations through the MDG-Supplier process.
+ Identify any specific supply/supplier risks as it pertains to the managed scope and elevate them through the appropriate process/hierarchy. - Support Commercial Operations for any supply chain quotes required to support tender activities.
+ Operate in full compliance to all Flowserve Policies & Procedures as applicable to the role.

Role Summary:
The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to respond to customer inquiries. The position works with the Sales leadership team in driving key initiatives and helping the Flowserve to achieve its goals and maximize sales bookings and opportunity pipelines. The SSR will use data as a strategic asset to provide decision support, accurate planning of sales quota forecasting, and sales productivity reporting and efficiency analysis.

- Generate high quality, on time, value priced proposals to facilitate order fulfilment.
- Manage and monitor the proposal throughout the entire bid cycle including updating and maintaining designated workload management tool, while monitoring hit-rate optimization.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of pump applications and types, a clear understanding of parts, programs, and processes to best drive solutions to our valued end user customers.
- Identify and develop key actions in partnership with sales leadership team required to achieve forecast accuracy, addressing gaps in performance, preparation of QBR data analytics.
- Maintain current, accurate and organized records of sales training, organization charts as well as other critical pieces of information needed to manage the sales engagement.
- In collaboration with Sales leadership team ensure continuous improvement projects are executed and delivered to meet objectives.
- Receive in and compile weekly sales reports.
- Support 30 day/ quarterly sales forecast and monthly outlook processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and be a team player with a global mindset and approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.

A Machine Operator will maintain and operate a variety of machines and equipment, including hand tools, to carry out routine tasks.
