This is one of the most specialized sectors within the HVAC market. The sales team invests significant time and resources in developing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, so this role provides engineering support for the development, specification, and execution of HVAC projects.


What will you do?

• Assist in the development of the business plan for the category by executing specific strategies and action plans for Mexico.

• Coordinate product planning with Product Divisions and cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for new product development and defining product positioning.

• Support Key Account Management and the Sales team in product commercialization, while collaborating on channel strategies and new product launches.

• Serve current and prospective customers by providing technical support and timely follow-up to their requirements.

• Prepare and validate product selections for contractors based on the product portfolio, considering project requirements and business opportunities.

• Deliver basic product presentations, provide initial technical support, and coordinate with Product Managers to ensure accurate technical information.

• Coordinate with the Product Manager to ensure proper project specifications and maintain accurate records in the Job Tracking system.

• Develop strong business relationships with contractors, engineering firms, and HVAC consultants.

• Follow up on assigned project forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Comply with company policies, Human Resources regulations, and the organization's Code of Ethics.

• Travel as required (approximately 1–2 trips per month)


What are we looking for?

• Experience working with engineering firms.

• 5–8 years of experience in HVAC engineering or related fields.

• Mandatory experience in the air conditioning industry, including chillers, centrifugal systems, chilled water systems, and packaged units.

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• English level B2 or above.

What you will do?

• Optimize transportation to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods from distribution centers to customers and retailers.

We are looking for an IT Specialist to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics systems across Midea’s North LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Panama, and Ecuador).

This role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring the successful delivery, stability, and optimization of systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS, while collaborating closely with regional teams and global IT operations.


What will you do?

  • Support the implementation, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS), including user support, issue resolution, system performance monitoring, and optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience across the North LATAM region.
  • Act as the regional IT point of contact during system implementations.
  • Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Coordinate with Midea HQ teams to design solutions, resolve system issues, and ensure successful system delivery.
  • Participate in end-to-end IT project delivery, including requirements gathering, system design coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and go-live activities.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective problem resolution.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with TMS or WMS systems.

The Demand Planner is responsible for ensuring supply alignment to meet customer demand while maintaining healthy inventory levels. Job summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Finance IT Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise financial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge in Finance and Accounting, combined with hands-on ERP implementation and support experience.

Job Summary

The Design Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and developing graphic materials and assets that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers in Mexico and Latin America.

It focuses on design developments and guides the company’s communication by designing graphic solutions in a timely manner.

It strives to convey an attractive image through digital, offline and product-related materials, always true to the brand.

Lead a team and organize to develop design requests from the different internal areas.


What will you do?

  • Based on the guidelines of the Brand Book, crea and takes care of the correct application of the brand in visual and active concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers.
  • Develop the overall design and production design for various applications that may include product materials, advertising and sales materials, digital assets, among others.
  • Meet with internal or external clients to determine the scope of the project. Submit design concepts/materials for review or approval. Incorporate changes recommended by internal or external customers into final designs. (furniture, promotional, trade marketing).
  • Monitors project deadlines for on-time delivery and coordinates outside agencies when involved.
  • Control related marketing expenses to stay within budget or forecast.
  • Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs. Always proofread designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
  • When necessary, translate materials into Spanish, develop the necessary content, download visual assets of images from Midea's content library, and upload local artwork to the cloud.
  • Effectively maintain and organize the design resource database to increase productivity.
  • Package/prepare files for publication to printers, media partners, or freelancers. Prepare images for online and mobile applications.
  • As the position is closely related to digital marketing, she will assist in projects and special needs of digital communication, social media and web.


What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
  • Intermediate English – Advanced Conversational and Written


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Corel Draw, Video Editing, After Effects, Google Ads, Facebook Campaigns, MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively through graphic materials and work with others to achieve goals.
  • Strong presentation, analysis, project management, and team skills.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, organize, and supervise multiple projects simultaneously, working in a team.
  • Develop attractive proposals according to the brand and current design trends

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Finance IT Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise financial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge in Finance and Accounting, combined with hands-on ERP implementation and support experience.

Candidates with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials implementation and production support experience are highly preferred.

This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Internal Control, and external partners to ensure stable system operations and continuous process improvements, while collaborating closely with regional teams and global IT operations.


What will you do?

• Support the implementation and daily operation of finance systems across the North LATAM region.

• Act as the regional IT point of contact during system implementations.

• Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• Coordinate with Midea HQ teams to design solutions, resolve system issues, and ensure successful system delivery.

• Provide application support by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating timely resolutions.

• Participate in end-to-end IT project delivery, including requirements gathering, system design coordination, testing, and deployment.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and go-live activities.

• Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective problem resolution.


What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support.

• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.

• Strong understanding of:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Fixed Assets (FA)

• Cash Management (CM)

• Tax

• Financial Reporting

• Month-End and Year-End Closing Processes

• English and Spanish required (Mandarin is a plus).


Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial Modules.

• Knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Understanding of system integrations and data flows (EDI/API).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
