As a Test Design Engineer, you'll be part of our **MTC Monterrey** team working as an on-site employee.
You'll get to:
+  Lead Rig & Fixture Team 
+ Communicate technical topics/ projects on the global basis

+ Initial assignment is development of power tool test fixtures & equipment. 
+ Follow scrap Process 
+ Follow Materials & storage 
+ Highly motivated individual provides test support to the new product development & development to value projects. 
+ Develop advanced electric-mechanical test fixture/equipment for various power tool testing, focus on Electrical and Electronic development, HMI and PLC programming, Labview programming 
+ Design the control system for robot, focus on PLC and robot interface design and programming. 
+ To be responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance for FSTC reliability test equipment 
+ Execute routine calibration for all FSTC equipment/ meters, focus on electric parameters 
+ Communicate technical topics/ projects on the global basis  
+ Prepare and modify other documents as required to support the Test Systems Group and Main Test Lab. 
+ Must be flexible and adapt to changing departmental priorities. 
+ Initial assignment is development of power tool test fixtures & equipment. 
+ Plans, schedules and coordinates advanced test fixture systems, also focus on electrical fixtures, rigs development and has strong capability to harmonize the PLC and Labview programming and electric 
+ Writes and upgrades technical procedures maintained in the technical database at B&D intranet. 
+ Windchill skills 
+ BOM interpretation  
+ Drawing interpretation 
+ Maintain and follow correct metrics (Security, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Production)
The Person:

**The Job:**
As an EHS Manager, you'll be part of our Continuous Improvement team working as an onsite employee.
You'll get to:
- Supervise the EHS and Medical Departments.
- Support the Human Resources Manager as required.
- Manage the EHS department budget.
- Maintain the organization's legal compliance level by managing legal procedures with relevant government agencies, and develop and implement operational controls for injury prevention, work-related health care, environmental protection, and pollution prevention.
- Develop emergency and contingency plans in case of a pandemic.
- Promote participation in and compliance with Voluntary Self-Assessment Programs promoted by government agencies regarding EHS.
- Responsible for the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems and act as an internal auditor and host for management audits.
- Promote compliance with the EHS policy, including worker participation. - Actively educate personnel on the identification and prevention of environmental impacts, incidents, or health hazards arising from their work activities and the company in general.
- Communicate the plant's EHS and Health performance to Senior Management, Corporate, and stakeholders as required.
- Establish strategies to ensure compliance with plant and corporate goals and objectives.
- Liaise with Corporate EHS to report on EHS performance and implement the requirements and controls established by Corporate.
- Advise on and evaluate new projects to define EHS requirements.
- Attend audits of government management systems, legal compliance, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and follow up on the resulting corrective actions.
- Monitoring compliance with the execution of MASS Risk Studies and Analyses.
- Participation in and monitoring of actions derived from GEMBA Walks.
- Promoting continuous EHS improvement through projects and/or updates to operational controls.
- Responsible for waste management: from generation to dispatch to authorized final disposal sites.

We are seeking a highly capable, strategic, and exceptionally polished **Executive Assistant** to support the **VP, Latin America Manufacturing** . This leader is responsible for manufacturing operations across **plants in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina** , and requires a trusted partner who can operate with urgency, discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism.
This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and create structure in a complex regional business setting.
The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the VP, enabling focus on strategic priorities by ensuring seamless coordination of calendar, travel, communications, meetings, and follow-through across the organization.
+ Manage an extremely active, complex, and constantly shifting calendar, prioritizing critical business needs while protecting time for strategic focus.
+ Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, agendas, supporting materialsand travel expenses
+ Ensure the VP is fully prepared for upcoming meetings, travel, decisions, and commitments through proactive planning and timely follow-up.
+ Partner closely with the VP's direct reports and key stakeholders to track action items, meeting follow-ups, and deliverables to completion.
+ Support the rhythm of the business by coordinating leadership meetings, staff meetings, operating reviews, and other core business cadences, ensuring logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
+ Build strong working relationships across functions and geographies to facilitate efficient communication, alignment, and execution.
+ Handle highly confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion, maturity, and professionalism.
+ Draft, edit, and format high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other executive materials.
+ Support PowerPoint development, Excel-based data organization, and chart creation for business reviews and leadership presentations.
+ Complete and manage Concur expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative processes, streamline workflows, and increase executive effectiveness.
+ Partner with Executive Assistants across the organization to resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate efficiently across senior leaders.
+ Manage and Coordinate logistic arrangements for visits from high level Executives and Government officials.
+ Prioritize multiple competing demands, respond with urgency, and ensure flawless execution under tight deadlines and changing business conditions.

Intern PLE will act as the primary point of contact for all plant requests within the product category to ensure seamless production and product excellence. Provide engineering support through active participation in TIER meetings, facilitating FSA/FTP/COPQ processes, and conducting thorough lab analyses and conformance tests

+ Technician or bachelor's in engineering discipline complete or in process.
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English required, basic conversation and understanding.

As an Indirect Procurement Buyer, you'll be part of our Customs team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to:
+ Carry out the indirect purchasing process for materials, services and CAPEX in accordance with Stanley Black and Decker Ethics and Compliance standards.
