We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team supporting U.S. operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a desire to grow within a dynamic, international environment.
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to month-end close processes in compliance with U.S. accounting standards.

As a Financial Analyst within the Trade Finance team, you will lead close and forecast activities for several Business Units while working closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners. Your area of responsibility will be Trade Spending. Working as a key business partner, you will facilitate business strategies and goals by translating operating activities and results into business insights. As part of Finance, your insights will drive decision-making opportunities across the organization, and your influence will help the company build big-share brands that make everyday life better, every day.
**In this role, you will:**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Manage Trade Spending** - Own the trade budget for multiple business units, partnering with Sales and Accounting teams to monitor spending, identify risks and opportunities, and provide stakeholder training.
+ **Lead Month-End Close Activities** - Ensure trade spending accounts are accurately reported and compliant with GAAP and corporate policies.
+ **Drive Forecasting & Planning** - Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and plan updates while analyzing variances and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
+ **Deliver Business Insights** - Partner with business leaders to support profitable growth through financial analysis, recommendations, and risk mitigation.

As a Buyer supporting North America (US & Canada), you will play a key role in advancing Capital Procurement strategies through data-driven analysis, supplier engagement, and contract administration. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support sourcing initiatives, evaluate supplier proposals, develop procurement insights, and help ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, improve capital spend visibility, and drive continuous improvement while contributing to strategic procurement objectives across the organization
**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, coordination of revisions, execution tracking, and compliance monitoring.
+ Develop, maintain, and enhance procurement analytics, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into spend, savings, supplier performance, and key business metrics.
+ Support strategic sourcing initiatives by conducting bid analysis, supplier proposal evaluations, cost modeling, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments to enable data-driven decision making.
+ Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to develop data-backed business cases, monitor project progress, and support capital investment decisions.
+ Assist in supplier relationship management activities and contribute to initiatives that drive value creation, operational efficiency, and procurement excellence.
+ Identify and implement opportunities to improve procurement tools, reporting capabilities, templates, and processes through automation, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Ensure accurate and timely execution of procurement activities while maintaining adherence to company policies, contractual requirements, and compliance standards

**What we look for:**
+ 2-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics in manufacturing envirements
+ Experience working with procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, supplier evaluations, contract management, and spend analysis.
+ Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes, bid analysis, cost modeling, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies.
+ Strong analytical capabilities (advanced Excel + data analysis experience)
+ Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred), Coupa, Ariba, or catalog procurement systems
+ Fluent English (mandatory)
+ Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and proactively
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills. Analyze credit data and financial statements of individuals or firms to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit. Prepare reports with credit information for use in decision making. Provide recommendation and coordinate with other departments to recommend enhancements to collection processes.
**In this role, you will:**
+ The duties include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining up to date International assigned accounts with different time zone, adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
+ Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and payments.
+ Prepare and submit outstanding receivables report, recognizing trends for non- payment and resolves issues by engaging internal partners.
+ Analyzes and researches customer's receivables account delinquency and determines the type of communication method to facilitate payment.
+ Proactively establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales team and/or other businnes áreas as needed.
+ Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
