**What awaits you:**
* Contribution in development and on time delivery of fuel, battery, SCR and other mechatronic systems
* Proactively create and change CAD 3D data
* Perform ongoing vehicle package clearance analysis
* Take responsibility for creation, review with drawing checker and change of drawings
o Apply Kautex and customer requirements to drawings
o Implement standard KICs on Kautex drawings and check
applicability
o Be responsible for the datum system \(request confirmation
from gauge supplier, quality, plant, manufacturing, PDT
\(product development team\)\)
* Understanding and applying customer OEM standards
* Application of Kautex guidelines, GD&T concepts and standards and components
* Data management in PLM system
* Data management in customer database
* Maintain Kautex Standard Check Lists
* Actively participate in Design and Drawing Reviews
* Perform SDL \(Simulation in the Design Loop\) FEA simulations between design loops
* Support creation/ improvement of standards and guidelines and best practices
* Regular business trips to manufacturing locations to understand production process
* Follow Kautex Data Transfer guidelines \(i\.e\. with DDX Trufusion\)
* Release of CAD data into customer database, if necessary
* Application of VAVE \(Value Analysis, Value Engineering\) process during development of Kautex products
**Qualifications**
**What you'll need to succeed:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable education
* 10 years of experience as a design engineer for the automotive industry
* Strong experience in a professional 3D CAD system \(ideally CATIA V5 or Unigraphics NX\) or comparable engineering experience
* International experience by studying or working in foreign countries is a plus
* Plastics design and process knowledge is a strong plus

In this role, you will serve as a key engineering partner to the Global Facilities Team, acting as the primary liaison between Operations, Project Management, and Construction teams to ensure facility projects and infrastructure initiatives are delivered successfully. As the Owner's Representative, you will help translate business and operational needs into effective engineering solutions while maintaining alignment across multiple internal teams and external partners.
You will lead and coordinate the work of Facilities teams, experienced technical professionals, and specialized vendors, providing technical oversight and direction throughout the lifecycle of projects and operational initiatives. While many of the individuals you collaborate with will not report directly to you, you will play an influential leadership role, guiding cross-functional teams through complex facility improvements and infrastructure efforts.
A significant focus of this position is supporting Mechanical and Plumbing systems across global facilities. You will help drive projects and initiatives that strengthen facility infrastructure, improve operational reliability, and enhance energy performance. From early planning and design through execution and operational support, you will ensure that systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration and influence within a matrixed environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate resources, provide technical expertise, and ensure that critical infrastructure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

+ Plans, designs and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities
+ Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility
+ Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings
+ Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition
+ Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs
+ Inspects or directs the inspection of construction, installation progress, and commissioning to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules
+ Travel to other sites 20-40% depending on project work
**Must Haves**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of Facility Mechanical infrastructure, Electrical Infrastructure, and Building Automation Systems experience OR Master's Degree and 5+ years of experience OR PhD and 3+ years of experience
+ Fluent in English and Spanish
**Nice to Have**
+ Mechanical system knowledge (HVAC, electrical, building automation, plumbing systems)
+ Experience supporting design/build of clean rooms, chiller plants, compressed air plants
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics
+ Experience with integrated building solutions including temperature control, critical environment monitoring, power management and alarming, zoned lighting control and facility access control

**Responsibilities**

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
+ Intermediate to advanced English level, both oral and written?
+ 4+ years of hands-on experience utilizing SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems within a corporate setting.
+ 4+ years of professional experience managing specialized corporate electronic billing (eBilling) systems and automated payment integration tools.

En WSP México estamos buscando un/a **Líder de Supervisión de Construcción** para liderar la supervisión integral de los proyectos de construcción, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo, costo, calidad y normativas aplicables, mediante la coordinación efectiva del equipo de supervisión en sitio y la gestión de interfaces con contratistas y stakeholders clave.
**Responsabilidades:**
· Dirigir y coordinar al equipo de supervisores de obra en campo.
· Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos conforme a planos, especificaciones y estándares.
· Supervisar el avance físico de obra y garantizar el cumplimiento del cronograma.
· Validar la calidad de los trabajos ejecutados y el uso adecuado de materiales.
· Gestionar la comunicación con contratistas, proveedores y áreas internas.
· Identificar riesgos y proponer acciones preventivas y correctivas.
· Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente (HSEQ).
· Elaborar reportes de avance, incidencias y desempeño del proyecto.
· Revisar y aprobar programas de obra y secuencias constructivas.
· Supervisar la correcta interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
· Verificar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad en cada etapa de construcción.
· Controlar desviaciones en costos y tiempos, proponiendo ajustes cuando sea necesario.
· Gestionar y documentar cambios de alcance (change orders).
· Asegurar la correcta gestión documental del proyecto.
· Apoyar en procesos de cierre de obra y entrega final.
**Requisitos:**
· Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería en Construcción o carrera afín.
· Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (ej. PMP, CAPM o similar).
· Cursos en HSEQ, seguridad industrial o gestión ambiental.
· Conocimientos en normativas locales de construcción.
· Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en proyectos de construcción.
· Experiencia liderando equipos en campo.
· Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos (tiempo, costo, calidad).
