**Responsibilities**
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Play a pivotal role in the Azure Infrastructure and Azure Application Migrations Factory, providing technical enablement, operational support, and strategic engagement across customer projects. This role is designed to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and support innovation through pilot evaluations and advanced use case development. Understand customers' overall data estate, business priorities, and IT success measures. Innovate with AI solutions that drive business value.
- Facilitate scalable delivery through strong technical program management utilizing a factory model/approach, driving program awareness and demand across the regional operating units. Attend in-flight project status meetings to monitor progress and identify support needs. Engage directly with complex or non-standard customer use cases beyond existing accelerators. Participate in intake reviews for milestone sizing, objection handling, and technical scoping.
- Ensure Solution Excellence: Deliver solutions with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment. Gather insights from customers and partners.
Business Impact:
- Drive Consumption Growth: Develop opportunities to enhance Customer Success and help customers extract value from their Microsoft investments.

Technical Leadership:
- Advocate for Customers: Share insights and best practices, collaborate with the Factory team to address key blockers, and influence improvements, roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Resolve technical blockers: Debug technical issues and provide fixes for engagements encountering blockers.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market trends, collaborate with the Analytics & AI technical community, and educate customers about the Azure AI platform.

+ Architect, lead, and implement the Household Graph for Mexico to improve cross-platform data strategy and monetization.
+ Oversee and optimize GCP cloud architecture, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data environments.

Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. **ROLE**
Reporting to the Operations lead of Global Compute platforms, the MultiCloud Administrator is a technology leader that will function as SME for compute technologies, with an emphasis on Multicloud technologies. The Multicloud Administrator will function as an enabler across technology teams, vendors, and Project management teams to facilitate the successful delivery of complex Corning initiatives and priorities.
While being predominantly internally focused, this position will require strong communication to bridge between various Infrastructure and Application teams as well as an excellent ability to navigate within a background of relative ambiguity.

Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
**ROLE**
Reporting to the Operations lead of Global Compute platforms, the MultiCloud Administrator is a technology leader that will function as SME for compute technologies, with an emphasis on Multicloud technologies. The Multicloud Administrator will function as an enabler across technology teams, vendors, and Project management teams to facilitate the successful delivery of complex Corning initiatives and priorities.
While being predominantly internally focused, this position will require strong communication to bridge between various Infrastructure and Application teams as well as an excellent ability to navigate within a background of relative ambiguity.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Install, configure, manage windows servers
+ Install, configure, manage VMWare vCloud Suite
+ Follows standards, policies & guidelines for the Compute Platform in collaboration with service line owner and technology teams
+ Develop, Configure, and support compute solutions that meet business needs and align with Corning technology standards.
+ Evaluate all documents according to system requirements and evaluate all design and perform tests on all development activities and administer all complex methodologies.
+ Supports IT project start up though technical consultation, charter definition, benefit and analysis, requirements gathering and formal PMO approval.
+ Partners with all members of project team as a technical lead in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of comprehensive, realistic, and effective work plans.
+ Helps promote & drive a consistent vision and strategy throughout the organization

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
+ Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
+ 3+ years of experience in server administration, with a focus on monitoring, patching, incident and problem management
+ 3+ years' experience in a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting services and cloud infrastructure.
