Amazon Studios International Originals is seeking a Scripted/Unscripted Creative Executive to join our Mexico Originals team. In this role, you will identify exceptional material and talent, and guide top-level writers and directors through the creation of outlines, scripts, cuts, and other creative material across development and production.
Using your comprehensive knowledge of the Mexican and Latin American entertainment landscape-including premium television and film talent-you will build on existing industry relationships and cultivate new ones. You will champion bold, culturally resonant storytelling that speaks to Mexican audiences while having global appeal.
You will join a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative team dedicated to creating world-class original content. This position is based in Mexico City.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend format proposals, scripts, pitches, and IP for development.
- Partner with writers, showrunners, and directors to develop stories and scripts for Amazon Studios' Mexico Originals slate (scripted and unscripted).
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with production companies, talent agencies, writers, directors, and other creatives in the Mexican market.
- Provide creative oversight and support through all phases: development, pre-production, production, post-production, and launch.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Mexico Originals department and other Amazon Studios departments (marketing, PR, legal, etc.) as needed.
- Participate in internal status reports, business reviews, and Greenlight meetings pertaining to Scripted & Unscripted Originals.
- Maintain a keen understanding of cultural trends, social issues, audience preferences, and current events relevant to Mexican audiences, and translate these insights into compelling programming opportunities.
- Track competitive landscape and programming trends across streaming platforms, broadcast, and film in Mexico and Latin America.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of creative executive experience
- 5+ years of content creation or copy editing, including online publishing experience
- Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs
- Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with both scripted and unscripted content development
Preferred Qualifications

Strategy space. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing key
programs that span creative marketing, product and brand strategy launches. You will

About the team
The Design and Creative Operations team is an embedded within the overall Design

**Your Day-to-Day**
+ Create high-quality graphic designs for hotel marketing needs, including event posters, wedding and meeting & event brochures, digital ads, one-pagers, social graphics, digital media, and other branded collateral.
+ Design within Canva while upholding brand guidelines and applying strong visual design principles across all deliverables.
+ Support website updates and light website design tasks in Figma, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and user-friendly layouts.
+ Manage multiple design projects at once, balancing deadlines and priorities across a wide range of internal clients.
+ Collaborate with Field Marketing partners and hotel stakeholders to gather requirements, align objectives, and deliver polished, on-brand assets.
+ Contribute to process development for this new Creative Services function by identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, templates, and scalable solutions.

**What We Need** **From** **You**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, marketing, visual communication, digital media, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
+ 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or marketing project management.
+ Strong proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.

+ Create high-quality graphic designs for hotel marketing needs, including event posters, wedding and meeting & event brochures, digital ads, one-pagers, social graphics, digital media, and other branded collateral.
+ Design within Canva while upholding brand guidelines and applying strong visual design principles across all deliverables.
+ Support website updates and light website design tasks in Figma, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and user-friendly layouts.
+ Manage multiple design projects at once, balancing deadlines and priorities across a wide range of internal clients.
+ Collaborate with Field Marketing partners and hotel stakeholders to gather requirements, align objectives, and deliver polished, on-brand assets.
+ Contribute to process development for this new Creative Services function by identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, templates, and scalable solutions.
+ Troubleshoot design challenges independently, offering creative solutions and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
+ Uphold consistency across all creative work by understanding brand systems, voice, and visual identity.
**What We Need** **From** **You**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, marketing, visual communication, digital media, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
+ 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or marketing project management.
+ Strong proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
+ Solid understanding of core design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, composition) and an ability to apply them to both print and digital formats.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.

As an AEM Platform Administrator, you will support web platform governance, standards, and best practices across Thermo Fisher Scientific's global digital ecosystem. This role combines hands-on platform administration with opportunities to contribute to broader digital initiatives and operational improvements.
You will develop expertise in AEM and web operations, helping to ensure digital content is authored, managed, optimized, and maintained in alignment with established standards and processes. Working closely with experienced team members and cross-functional partners, you will contribute to platform governance, support business priorities, and help drive consistent digital experiences across regions and business groups.

**Content Publishing & Platform Support**
+ Build and update web pages within AEM following established templates, brand standards, and accessibility guidelines.
+ Review and proof digital content for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before publishing.
+ Support page activations and updates within the CMS.
+ Assist in maintaining content quality across multiple business units and regions.
**Governance, Quality Assurance**
+ Apply established web standards, formatting guidelines, and SEO best practices to published content.
+ Identify inconsistencies, outdated content, or formatting issues and recommend improvements.
+ Support ongoing content audits and cleanup initiatives.
+ Help ensure compliance with accessibility and brand guidelines.
**Technical & Development Partnership**
+ Partner with Digital Engineering teams to support testing, content validation, and regression checks during sprint cycles.
+ Assist with documenting bugs, enhancement requests, and platform improvements through Jira or similar tools.
+ Use foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot minor formatting issues.
**AI, Optimization & Future-Focused Capabilities**
+ Apply basic SEO best practices including metadata optimization, tagging, and structured content formatting.
+ Support efforts to improve search visibility and content performance.
+ Assist in gathering insights from analytics and user feedback to recommend improvements.
+ Stay current on emerging technologies and trends that influence digital experience delivery and content operations.
**Digital Asset Management**
+ Upload, tag, and organize assets within AEM Assets following metadata standards.
+ Resize and optimize images for web use using Adobe Photoshop.
+ Help ensure assets are reusable and aligned with governance standards.
**Cross-Functional Support & Enablement**
+ Provide day-to-day support to content authors and business users.
+ Assist in developing simple job aids or documentation to reinforce standards.
+ Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
**Project, Workflow & Agile Execution**
+ Use Workfront (or similar tools) to manage assigned tasks and timelines.

+ BA/BS required
