The Intern is an entry level position at Citi where the student will receive a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Citi. Interns are administrative and use this position as a start to their career. Assignments focus on attaining core competencies in any of the four core functions at Citi: Global Functions, Institutional Clients Group, Global Consumer Banking, Enterprise O&T

The HR Service Partner, will be a key member of the HR Shared Services team, supporting associates and leaders by delivering consistent, efficient, and high-quality HR services. Lead strategic Road Logistics implementations and help shape innovative solutions for customers across Mexico and Cross-Border operations.
**How you create impact**
+ Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Road Logistics operations across Mexico and Cross-Border, ensuring a seamless transition from project launch to operational execution.
+ Design tailored logistics solutions that support business growth and help win new customer opportunities.
+ Develop implementation plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and proactively mitigate project risks.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring a high-quality implementation experience.
+ Prepare operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful project handovers.
+ Collaborate with Commercial, Pricing, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver customer-focused solutions while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ 3+ years of experience in Road Freight Forwarding or Road Transportation, focusing on implementation, project management, or solution design.
+ Full professional proficiency in English.

El ejecutivo 1 personal de sucursal es un puesto de nivel inicial responsable de asistir en la ejecución de ventas, productos o actividades de servicio en coordinación con el equipo de servicio al cliente. + Atraer y retener nuevos clientes, y vender productos financieros.
+ Promover y vender productos financieros como cuentas, tarjetas de crédito, seguros, préstamos personales, inversiones, entre otros productos; alcanzar los objetivos de venta mensuales.
+ Completar ventas en las sucursales o visitar a los clientes y clientes potenciales para vender productos.
+ Completar la retención de clientes.
+ Seleccionar el mejor curso de acción de una amplia gama de opciones definidas, y comprender las consecuencias de cada una.
+ Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
