El Ingeniero de Proyectos es responsable de liderar proyectos de ingeniería de principio a fin, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, costo y tiempo dentro de un entorno altamente regulado. + Mantener documentación técnica y registros de calidad de acuerdo con procedimientos internos y regulaciones aplicables.
**Requisitos**
**Educación**
+ Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica/ Biomédica.
+ **Experiencia**
+ Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en industria médica o entornos altamente regulados.
+ Experiencia comprobable en gestión y liderazgo de proyectos de ingeniería.
+ Experiencia en validaciones IQ, OQ y PQ.

 Production runs coordination for engineering samples or qualification tests (per Protocol and/or PQR).
 Evaluations of materials to be obsolete or scrap and coordinate good incorporation of the materials under change.
 Develop Qualification Protocols and Summaries with objective evidence of the qualification results.

 Develop a memorandum of progress about qualifications to suppliers and notifications about

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
+ 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale industrial CAPEX programs exceeding $15M USD annually.
+ Experience overseeing a portfolio of approximately 50 CAPEX projects per year.
+ Proven experience leading and developing teams of at least 5 Project Engineers.
+ Advanced English proficiency (85-90% or higher).
+ Availability to travel frequently.

¡Estamos contratando! Únase a Trane como **Supervisor (a) de Proyectos.** En este puesto, será responsable de liderar, validar y coordinar proyectos de control y automatización y brindar soporte al ingeniero de ventas aplicado y asesorar en el proceso al cliente contratado.

**Lo que harás:**
+ Liderar proyectos de automatización de equipos de aire acondicionado.
+ Realizar la gestión del tiempo disponible para realizar las actividades dentro de los alcances vendidos.
+ Responsable de revisar cotización, información de alcances, equipos y accesorios propuestos, involucrados del proyecto y recursos disponibles antes de la junta del inicio formal de los proyectos asignados.
+ Responsable de coordinar y controlar las compras locales de accesorios y herramientas.
+ Supervisar, coordinar y orientar a los ingenieros de soporte técnico que le reportan de forma directa.
+ Ser activamente un líder de seguridad, apoyar y guiar a su equipo de trabajo para cumplir con los objetivos y metas de la organización.
+ Coordinar con los contratistas y/o clientes las distintas etapas de cada proyecto de automatización.
+ Controlar los costos de labor, utilizar los recursos disponibles de forma eficiente y entregar los proyectos dentro del margen requerido, cumpliendo los estándares de forma y tiempo.
+ Registrar el estatus de los proyectos en el sistema EPM semanalmente.
+ Reportar mensualmente el forecast de los proyectos asignados.
+ Identificar posibles cambios de ordenes en los proyectos sin afectar la estabilidad de las relaciones de negocios con los clientes.
+ Elaborar la documentación para la entrega de proyectos a los clientes.
+ Realizar la transición de proyectos con el departamento de servicio; proporcionando la información necesaria (estandarizada) para que sirva de herramienta en futuras ventas de servicio-controles.
+ Enviar documentación y lista de proyectos concluidos por trimestre al ingeniero especialista en controles para realizar encuesta de satisfacción del cliente.
+ Realizar una auditoría semanal en campo (BAS) y auditoría mensual en campo (Logística), referente a Seguridad.
+ Supervisar el cumplimiento de las auditorías periódicas: EPP (bimestral), vehículos (bimestral), oficinas (mensual) y extintores (mensual).
+ Garantizar la aplicación del Job Safety Review en el 100% de los casos (solo Servicio y BAS).
+ Participar en las juntas mensuales de Líderes de seguridad y/o Green team.
+ Asegurar la participación del personal a su cargo participe en los cursos de Seguridad programados
+ Reportar los incidentes que ocurran en su área de influencia, así como supervisar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de Seguridad Internos.

Eaton's EPG CHD EP LATAM division is currently seeking a Líder de Proyectos de Manufactura.
**What you'll do:**
**Función principal del trabajo**
Responsable de liderar la planeación, ejecución y cierre de proyectos estratégicos de capital enfocados en transformación energética (migración de gas LP a gas natural, Paneles solares, etc), implementación de nuevas líneas de producción (Cable Management), así como instalación, transferencia y arranque de maquinaria y procesos. Asegura la ejecución disciplinada bajo metodologías Eaton de Project Management garantizando cumplimiento en seguridad, costo, tiempo, calidad y desempeño operacional.
**Responsabilidades laborales**
1. Liderar proyectos CAPEX end-to-end (definición, planeación, ejecución y cierre), asegurando cumplimiento en costo, tiempo y desempeño.
2. Gestionar proyectos de infraestructura energética (gas natural), incluyendo ingeniería, permisos, proveedores y puesta en marcha.
3. Liderar la implementación de nuevas líneas (Cable Management), asegurando layout, capacidad, flujo de materiales y ramp-up efectivo.
4. Coordinar adquisición, instalación y arranque de maquinaria y equipos productivos.
5. Gestionar transferencias de equipos y procesos entre plantas/naves, asegurando continuidad operativa.
6. Asegurar cumplimiento de metodologías Eaton (PROLaunch, STP) y estándares de Project Management.
7. Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de proyecto (cronograma, riesgos, recursos, hitos y entregables).
8. Administrar CAPEX y desempeño financiero del proyecto (ROI, Payback, control de desviaciones).
9. Liderar equipos multifuncionales (Operaciones, Ingeniería, Calidad, EHS, Finanzas, Compras y RH).
10. Gestionar riesgos del proyecto y asegurar ejecución de planes de mitigación.
11. Impulsar mejora continua (ELSS, Kaizen, CI/RIE) y asegurar estandarización y lecciones aprendidas post-implementación.
12. Tener apego a las políticas y procedimientos con base en los sistemas de gestión aplicables (EQMS, MESH Operador Económico Autorizado (OEA), los lineamientos de ATEX e IEC Ex según aplique y en las normas ISO-9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, para dar cumplimiento al Sistema de Gestión (SG).
