**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of relevant ERP, consulting, operations, finance, customer service, or industry domain experience.
+ Strong NetSuite ERP experience, although experience with competing ERP platforms may be considered.
+ Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering
+ Strong Communication Skills
+ Passion for driving Customer satisfaction.
+ Experience in job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with AI assisted ERP capabilities, AI enabled reporting, workflow automation, customer engagement technologies, operational analytics, or business process optimization initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
Main Responsibilities
+ Install, configure and maintain Retail application environments
+ Upgrade and patch application environments and their technology stacks
+ Debug issues related to application configuration and technology stacks

**General Job Description**
The Sr. Quality Engineer is in charge of establishing tactical plans and manage resources to meet Plant's Quality objectives as well as maintain its Quality certifications.
The Sr. Quality Engineer should be able to negotiate decisions with peers of other departments from a strategic standpoint in benefit of the manufacturing plant without compromising Quality System's integrity and eliminating possible risks of product and processes.
