**Job Summary**
As a Materials Planner at our company, your role involves analyzing the supply plan and comparing it to actual orders to determine the materials that need to be requisitioned through Oracle. You will be responsible for interpreting the supply plan to accurately forecast material requirements, ensuring that production and customer needs are met. Additionally, you will play a key part in optimizing inventory levels, maintaining the right balance between supply and demand to minimize excess or shortage of materials. Your proficiency with Oracle will be critical in effectively managing the requisition process and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our material procurement and inventory management processes.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**
+ Responsible for submitting the material requisitions based on Supply Plan information.
+ Maintain the Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula.
+ Maintain the MRP /KB Items within the SS required.
+ Responsible of interpreting the Supply Plan material requests. Analyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels.
+ Create ISO / Internal Orders and monitor delivery.
+ Planning Category ( MRP/ KB/DSY) and Inter Div Sourcing Rulers. Inter Div Parameters Maintenance
+ Make decisions about Pull in / Push out (Requisitions) based on Supply Plan.

**Job Summary**
As a Materials Planner at our company, your role involves analyzing the supply plan and comparing it to actual orders to determine the materials that need to be requisitioned through Oracle. You will be responsible for interpreting the supply plan to accurately forecast material requirements, ensuring that production and customer needs are met. Additionally, you will play a key part in optimizing inventory levels, maintaining the right balance between supply and demand to minimize excess or shortage of materials. Your proficiency with Oracle will be critical in effectively managing the requisition process and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our material procurement and inventory management processes.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**
+ Responsible for submitting the material requisitions based on Supply Plan information.
+ Maintain the Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula.
+ Maintain the MRP /KB Items within the SS required.
+ Responsible of interpreting the Supply Plan material requests. Analyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels.
+ Create ISO / Internal Orders and monitor delivery.
+ Planning Category ( MRP/ KB/DSY) and Inter Div Sourcing Rulers. Inter Div Parameters Maintenance
+ Make decisions about Pull in / Push out (Requisitions) based on Supply Plan.
+ Track receiving material hold ( Quarantine ) ISO
+ Phase In Phase Down / out - Eng. Changes
+ Product Introductions, product transfers, ECO's
+ Black dot on Inventory Reduction Initiatives
+ Installed Rack Capacity administration
+ Maintain Inventory Levels within healthy range.
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**
+ Bachelors degree or equivelant
+ Advanced English language skills
+ 3+ years of relevent experience in the following:
+ Procurement / Planning Knowledge
+ Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
+ Kanban / MRP knowledge
+ Supply chain (logistics / import /export) knowledge
+ Executing abilities
