Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la implementación de iniciativas de las categorías y en el canal, en conjunto con el equipo de Operaciones, así como apoyar el desarrollo de planes por categoría para incrementar la generación de demanda, alineados con la estrategia de cada marca.
**Un día en la vida de.**
- Asegurar que el equipo de operaciones cuente con los apoyos y dar seguimiento a la ejecución de Big Rocks, actividades tácticas y esenciales en todos los canales de la región, así como apoyar la implementación de proyectos y actividades de canal/cliente (Temporalidades, In-Line, Expos, etc.).
- Asegurar que los lineamientos de ejecución y presupuesto, así como el seguimiento cercano a las actividades de cada categoría, se cumplan conforme al plan ciclo, logrando una ejecución sin fallas.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de planes con base en las necesidades y objetivos de las marcas, que permitan incrementar la generación de la demanda.
- Comunicación y seguimiento del plan ciclo, así como el monitoreo de los PDV que representan el 80% de la venta, asegurando una ejecución sin fallas e incremento en la generación de la demanda.
- Desarrollo y coordinación de planes en los distintos _road to market_ , para incrementar la generación de la demanda y la participación, así como apoyar las principales actividades de las cuentas.

- Experiencia de 2 años en adelante en Trade Marketing, con un background en ventas (deseable).

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Interfaces with Business Office, Production, Procurement, Planning and customers to compile, develop, validate, and communicate production/shipments plans that support overall business goals.
+ Identifies business process enhancements and participates in their design and implementation.
+ Participates in Master Planning review and procurement actions from MRP process.
+ Coordinates with planning on customer requirements, changes, in order to assess costs and actual feasibility.
+ Supports new product introduction.
+ In coordination with Business Office, negotiates with customer on behalf of SCM on any materials management related activity such as schedules, costs and Engineering Change implementation.
+ Provides customer with technology information, supplier capabilities, and market trends to compliment SCM activities.
+ Reviews all terms and conditions agreed to in the Celestica/Customer contract to assess SCM's ability to meet these requirements.
+ Partners with Business Office in negotiating Terms and Conditions in relation to SCM activities with customer.
+ Identify Celestica's SCM new product process requirements to the customer, and ensure all information is received and SCM processes initiated effectively.
+ Coordinates Bill of Material analysis.
+ Reviews content, lead time constraints, critical parts supply and component reliability issues.
+ Ensures alternate source capability to maintain supply continuity and verify that customer costs can be supported.
+ Materials bid management.
+ Reviews and submits all customer material bid requests.
+ Resolves any issues with customer, internal team.
+ Manages customer relationship from Supply Chain perspective.
+ Obtains and disseminates customer SCM feedback to team.
+ Champions improvements and communicates action plans.

**What do you need to have?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
+ 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations.
+ Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional and cross-regional programs with significant business impact.
+ Experience managing capital projects exceeding $10M and driving execution in complex manufacturing or engineering environments.
+ 6+ years of experience supporting or leading Automation, New Product Introduction (NPI), Cost Reduction, or Capacity Expansion initiatives.

**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Governance Leadership: Manage effective corporate governance across multiple organizations by planning, coordinating, and supporting key meetings and activities, including management of the Master Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
+ Financial Leadership for engineering budget planning and management, including annual planification and quarterly reforecast exercises.
+ Manpower Strategy Leadership: Ensure for strategic manpower planning and ensure alignment with engineering and product development priorities.
+ Leadership Alignment: Partner with the Corporate Engineering and Product Development leadership team to guide and influence alignment toward common strategic objectives.
+ Executive Communication: Create clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations for executive-level audiences.
+ Strategic Workshop Leadership: Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to validate, refine, and implement corporate strategic plans.
+ Data-Driven Leadership: Ensure for the proper collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support evidence-based decision-making and strategy implementation.
+ Innovation Leadership: Lead or support the development of innovative tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance data analysis and performance tracking.
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
+ You have a Master's degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset.
+ You have 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination and analyst role.
+ You have experience in the business aircraft or aviation industry is preferred.
+ You have strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills.
+ You are assertive, results-oriented, and demonstrate leadership and initiative.
+ You have excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with a proactive mindset.
+ You have strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Bi)
+ You have proven experience engaging and aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Program Management, HR, Finance, etc.) in a large, matrixed organization.
+ You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ You have the ability to synthesize and present complex information to executive audiences.
+ You have a high degree of discretion in handling confidential information.

Description
Amazon is looking for a Program Manager to drive customer solutions on Sustainable Shopping through growth of Amazon's sustainability programs and innovative local solutions relevant to our Mexican customers.
You will develop and implement a plan alongside local and global partner teams to deliver strong year-on-year progress toward Amazon's commitments set out in the Climate Pledge. As well as owning this plan for Mexico, you will work closely with sustainability leaders in other countries to leverage scale and best practices.
Key job responsibilities
1. Understand customer needs and interests in the sustainability domain and continue to develop a working backwards from customer roadmap.
2. Partner with global and local teams to develop mechanisms for sourcing and merchandising that help to offer a sustainable selection of products to offer to customers, following the Climate Pledge Friendly qualification.
3. Drive growth of packaging-free shipping solutions.
4. Identify opportunities and launch circular economy initiatives around end-of-life programs and recycling.
5. Lead efforts to drive donations to benefit communities.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- +3 YOE defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Description
Program Manager interns receive training on implementing, maintaining, and growing strategic programs (such as Subscribe & Save, Deals, Prime). You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to learn how to enhance program offerings and their benefits to our customers. As part of your responsibilities, you will help monitor key performance indicators, report on program performance, analyze competitors and other markets to identify innovation opportunities, and contribute to strategic projects while presenting findings to senior leaders. As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. We give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real-world setting.
Amazon has adopted an in-person work model and all employees, including interns, are required to work from the office 5 days per week at our CDMX Office in Mexico
Key job responsibilities
Analyze program performance data and metrics to understand how our strategic initiatives are performing and identify areas for improvement
Research competitive offerings and market trends to uncover innovation opportunities that could enhance our programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and customer service to gather insights and support program initiatives
Contribute to strategic projects by conducting research, synthesizing findings, and preparing materials for presentation
Present analysis, recommendations, and project findings to senior leaders and stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program with a graduation conferral date between July 2024 and December 2028.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlook up, charts)
- Available to complete a 12-month internship working 30hs/week
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
