We are seeking a Supply Chain Management Supervisor to support daily Supply Chain operations and ensure effective execution across procurement, planning, inventory, and operational processes. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ As a Supply Chain Management Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
+ Supporting management across Supply Chain disciplines to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
+ Guiding Supply Chain teams in procurement execution, order management, and adherence to operational standards and protocols.

Warehouse Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY:
The candidate is responsible to lead , plan , manage and own the performance of warehouse workforce on all the activities and diligent execution of Receiving, Storage/Putaway, WO Kitting, Inter-Site Shipments, External Warehouses, Inventory Accuracy (both quantity & storage location) and FG Shipments tasks effectively and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To lead , plan , manage and own the operations and performance of warehouse workforce - Continuous improvement of warehouse processes, inventory management (accuracy), warehouse tools/systems enhancement and efficiency of the workforce
- Cross function and inter-site communications and collaborations.
- Problem solving capability.
- Ensure the warehouse workforce execute the timely receiving transactions (physically & electronically), putaway accurately, supply WO material kits to production timely and outbound shipments prepared & shipped out on time.
- Talents retention and development
- Warehouse operations' performance indicators (KPIs)
- Daily and weekly warehouse inventory value monitoring, control and escalation
- Daily collaboration with Planning & Purchasing Departments to monitor and control incoming inventory.
- Minimally, to present monthly forecast on workforce and storage space analyses to align with business needs.
- Travel may be required
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily works in a manufacturing, shipping & warehousing environment which is noisy and fast paced. Long day work and personal time sacrifice is a norm.
SKILLS:
1. Ability to present ideas in a structured and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing.
2. Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements.
3. Ability to manage and lead a team of 60~100 Material Handlers.
4. Ability to organize, schedule, coordinate, and negotiate effectively and to set priorities in a manner which ensures maximum performance and goal accomplishment.
5. Proficient experience of SAP warehouse module.
6. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of demand-based manufacturing systems.
7. Good PC skills, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Standard Office.
8. Strong Leadership to drive warehouse workforce to achieve the desired performance excellence and to initiate problem solving forum with cross function and inter-sites' peers and leaders.
9. Multi-Tasking capability
10. Ability to motivate the workforce to enhance their morale.
11. Ability and proactive to engage and effectively resolve conflict situations and employee disciplinary and performance issues
EXPERIENCE:
1. 5~7 years of warehouse supervisor experience
2. Experience with proper handling of static sensitive material preferred.
3. Experience in MRP system, WMS and SAP is mandatory
EDUCATION:
1. BS in Business Administration, Production/Operations Management (or closely related field) or a combination of relevant experience and/or education that is equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree
2. APICS CPIM Certification will be an added advantage.
3. Six-Sigma Green Belt certification will be an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Driving cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels, operational flexibility, and inventory accuracy

**Job Summary**
Oversee the receiving of material coming into the facility and put away to corresponding FF. Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

**What you'll do:**
Supervise warehouse leaders to ensure the Receiving, Put-away, Cycle Counting and Materials replenishment to the production lines on time and with safety, aligned to Eaton values and ethics. Develop process to achieve a zero-incident culture, maximize output, maintain inventory accuracy, and reduce overall costs.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Support the execution of optimized materials storage and handling processes and procedures.
- Direct management of the warehouse personnel, and related SCM activities.
- Maintain accurate records including overtime, attendance, and corrective action registers.
- Maintain and update material handling processes, standard work, and work instructions.
- Supervise personnel that coordinates the logistics as required by scheduling trucks based on product specifications and location requirements.
- Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing department and plant goals.
- Assist the management team in determining personnel requirements, provide necessary training resources for new employees, and facilitate the job bidding process.
- Establish clear expectations and goals to employees and maintain accountability for results including required training.
- Monitor and provide employee coaching with respect to safety, quality, and productivity performance (attendance, training, coaching, overtime, vacation requests etc.)
- Participate and lead daily tier meetings with a cross-functional team focused on departmental performance and issue resolution.
- Lead weekly departmental meetings to communicate safety topics, department or plant-wide activities, business updates and policy/procedural changes as needed.
- Run daily reports for shipments and track on time to ship, identify gaps and develop corrective actions.
- Assist and coordinate activities to ensure vital plant metrics, including but not limited to; customer on-time delivery, backlog, days on hand inventory, and past due orders/schedules.
- Train and educate the materials management team on the use of supply chain management techniques, various business systems, varieties of reports and other related tools.
**Qualifications:**
**1. Education level required**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
**2. Years and area of experience required**
A minimum of 4 years of experience in smiliar position
**3. Technical knowledge**
- APICS (CPIM) Certification desirable
- Prior experience with ERP systems (MAPICS desirable)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience working in environments with OEA, CTPAT, inventory control, shipment administration and documentation, receiving processes,
- Experience leading teams

**Job Summary:**
Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. Certified to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
