Buscamos un Analista de Seguridad Social para integrarse a la Dirección de Servicios de Nómina GBS, área responsable de garantizar el correcto cumplimiento de las obligaciones patronales ante IMSS e INFONAVIT, asegurando procesos oportunos, precisos y alineados a la normatividad vigente.
Sobre ti
Serás responsable de ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los procesos relacionados con Seguridad Social, incluyendo movimientos afiliatorios, incapacidades, riesgos de trabajo, créditos INFONAVIT y pagos al IMSS, garantizando el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales y brindando un servicio oportuno a nuestros colaboradores.
Tu día a día
+ Registrar y administrar incapacidades en el sistema de nómina y SUA.
+ Gestionar movimientos afiliatorios ante el IMSS (altas, bajas, modificaciones salariales y variables bimestrales).
+ Administrar avisos de suspensión, retención y modificaciones de créditos INFONAVIT.
+ Elaborar y dar seguimiento a formatos de riesgos de trabajo (ST-7, ST-9 y cartas aclaratorias).
+ Generar cartas patronales para trámites ante IMSS e INFONAVIT.
+ Realizar pagos mensuales y bimestrales mediante SUA.
+ Conciliar información de EMA, EBA y pagos realizados.
+ Atender requerimientos de IMSS e INFONAVIT.
+ Calcular y presentar la Declaración Anual de Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo.
+ Brindar atención y asesoría a colaboradores sobre incapacidades, créditos INFONAVIT y temas relacionados con Seguridad Social.
Tu deberás tener
+ Licenciatura concluida en Contaduría, Administración o carreras afines.
+ Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Seguridad Social, IMSS, INFONAVIT o Administración de Nómina.
+ Experiencia realizando movimientos afiliatorios ante IMSS.
+ Conocimiento en pagos mediante SUA.
+ Experiencia en manejo de incapacidades y riesgos de trabajo.
+ Conocimiento en créditos INFONAVIT.
+ Manejo de Microsoft Excel (intermedio).
+ Atención al detalle y organización.
+ Orientación al servicio y trabajo en equipo.

Formarás parte del equipo de Global Licensing Legal Office, encargado de elaboración , revisión y supervisar de contratos relacionados con licenciamiento de contenido de manera internacional. Este equipo se encarga de analizar términos y condiciones, verificar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativa aplicables, así como dar seguimiento a procesos de negociación y cierre de acuerdos, asegurando la correcta protección de los derechos y obligaciones de las partes involucradas.
Sobre ti
Como Becario en el área Jurídica de Content Licensing , colaborarás en la revisión y elaboración de contratos, así como en la organización y control de documentación legal relacionada con licenciamiento de contenido. Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender sobre procesos de negociación, análisis de cláusulas, verificación de cumplimiento normativo y gestión de firmas, participando en proyectos clave orientados a garantizar la correcta protección de derechos y obligaciones en acuerdos internacionales.

**Job description**
**Propósito del Puesto**
Responsable de construir, desarrollar y administrar una cartera propia de clientes para HSBC Asset Management México, con foco prioritario en pensiones, fondos y cajas de ahorro, excedentes de tesorería, endowments y entidades afines, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas anuales de crecimiento en AUM, flujos netos e ingresos.
Liderar un pipeline propio de prospectos y ejecutar el proceso comercial de punta a punta -prospección, diagnóstico de necesidades, estructuración de propuesta, negociación, cierre y onboarding- coordinando a los equipos internos (Producto, Inversiones, Operaciones, Legal y Compliance) y manteniendo una disciplina comercial robusta mediante el registro y seguimiento oportuno en CRM, así como reportes y presentaciones ejecutivas. Garantizar en todo momento el cumplimiento regulatorio aplicable en México, los estándares de conducta y la adecuada gestión de riesgos. Asimismo, actuar como socio estratégico de Banca Empresarial para apoyar al banco en la atracción y profundización de este tipo de clientes -incluyendo tesorerías corporativas-, habilitando oportunidades conjuntas, acompañando conversaciones clave y posicionando las soluciones de inversión de HSBC Asset Management dentro de los segmentos Corporativo, Multinacionales, Gobierno/GPS y afines.
Impacto esperado: acelerar la captación neta de AUM en previsión social y reservas técnicas, construir relaciones de largo plazo con tomadores de decisión (CFOs, Tesoreros, RRHH, Actuarios y áreas de Inversiones), y fortalecer un crecimiento rentable y sostenible del negocio mediante una originación propia consistente y una colaboración efectiva con el banco.
**Principales Responsabilidades**
+ Construir y gestionar cartera propia con foco en previsión social y reservas técnicas de aseguradoras, cumpliendo metas de AUM, flujos e ingresos.
+ Generar, calificar y administrar pipeline propio end-to-end (prospección a cierre/onboarding), con disciplina de CRM y seguimiento de referencias.
+ Posicionar, estructurar y comercializar fondos/soluciones de inversión para previsión social, reservas técnicas y excedentes de tesorería.
+ Coordinar la ejecución con Producto, Inversiones, Operaciones, Legal y Compliance, asegurando tiempos, calidad y cumplimiento regulatorio.
+ Adicional, apoyar a Banca Empresarial (HBMX) en la atracción y profundización de clientes objetivo, incluidas tesorerías corporativas.
+ Monitorear y reportar AUM, flujos e ingresos, analizar variaciones y proponer acciones; identificar oportunidades de mejora en mercado/canales/procesos.
**Requisitos:**
+ Licenciatura en Administracion de Empresas, finanzas, economía
+ Dominio del producto de Fondos de Inversión y de las soluciones relacionadas a ellos: Fondos de Ahorro, Cajas de Ahorro y Planes de Pensiones de Contribución Definida.
+ Conocimiento técnico, entendimiento del comportamiento de mercados y su impacto por tipo de activo
+ Dominio de la regulación aplicable a fondos de inversión y su impacto en la actividad comercial
+ Experiencia comercial y venta a clientes.
+ Conocimiento de la regulación de practicas de etas y de la ley de mercado de valores
+ Certificación AMIB 1.5, 2 o 3 **(indispensable)**

General Purpose of Job:
The Manager, Investment, Social is responsible for effectively supervising a team and set of clients with a focus on accuracy, growth, and innovation. **Required Qualifications**

+ Mantener actualizado el sistema documental OEA.
+ Apoyar en la preparación y ejecución de auditorías internas y externas.
+ Participar en recorridos operativos y validaciones en piso.
+ Coordinar actividades con áreas como Almacén, Embarques, Seguridad Patrimonial y departamentos de soporte.
+ Actualizar indicadores, tableros de control y reportes de cumplimiento.
+ Identificar riesgos potenciales y apoyar en la implementación de acciones correctivas.
**Requisitos**
+ Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Logística, Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
+ De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en áreas como:

+ Experience conducting audits, factory assessments, or CAPA reviews is highly preferred.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
