**Digital Workplace Administrator**
The Digital Workplace Administrator will provide third‑line (L3) administration, engineering, and escalation support for Allegion's global collaboration platforms within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams) and associated technologies.
Working within the Digital Workplace team and reporting to the Digital Workplace Manager, this role will act as a technical escalation point, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of collaboration services used across Allegion's global business. The role combines platform ownership, advanced troubleshooting, solution design, and user enablement, supporting both operational delivery and the successful execution of projects and strategic initiatives, including M&A integrations, migrations, and platform enhancements.
**Primary Accountabilities**
+ Act as the **third‑line (L3) escalation point** for complex incidents and service issues across Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).
+ Provide **advanced administration, configuration, and optimisation** of the Office 365 environment to ensure secure, scalable, and high‑performing services.
+ Lead **root cause analysis and problem management** , driving resolution of recurring or high‑impact issues and implementing long‑term fixes.
+ Design and deliver **collaboration solutions** aligned to business, security, and compliance requirements.
+ Support **global M&A activities** , including tenant-to-tenant migrations, onboarding of acquired businesses, and platform standardisation.
+ Develop and maintain **automation and tooling (e.g. PowerShell)** to streamline administration and improve operational efficiency.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to **understand requirements and implement effective, user‑centric solutions** .
+ Maintain **technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures** for current and future state environments.
+ Work closely with other IT teams (Security, Identity, Infrastructure, Service Desk) to ensure **end‑to‑end service alignment and integration** .
+ Provide **guidance and escalation support to other team members** , helping to upskill and improve overall support capability.
+ Deliver **user training and adoption support** where required to maximise the value of collaboration tools.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum **3** **+ years' experience administering Microsoft 365** , with strong hands‑on expertise in SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online; experience with the Power Platform is desirable but not essential.
+ Experience operating at a **2nd / 3rd line support level** , including ownership of complex incidents and escalations.
+ Strong understanding of **enterprise collaboration and communication technologies** .
+ Experience with **PowerShell or similar scripting languages** for automation and platform management.
+ Demonstrated ability to **translate business requirements into technical solutions** .

+ Translate complex technical topics into clear, structured, and searchable responses
+ Ensure responses are optimized for discoverability by search engines and LLMs (clear answers, context, keywords, citations where relevant)

Programs & Advocacy
+ Launch and manage community programs such as ambassadors, champions, or super users

The Manager, Investment, Digital will be responsible for various digital marketing activities, including strategic campaign development, optimization, and performance analysis for our clients that drive consumer engagement. This position will develop winning digital strategies that activate consumers and encourage repeat site visits for performance-based and brand awareness campaigns utilizing current and emerging digital media best practices. This role will be involved in and responsible for multiple channels. While the role focuses primarily on digital media, the Manager should also understand the omnichannel marketing strategy desired by clients and led by our integrated planning teams, along with the specific marketing / media responsibilities of Rise. **Job Description**
**AECOM** is currently seeking a **Ports Digital Infrastructure Lead** to support the Latin American region.
The Ports Digital Infrastructure Lead focuses on strategic business development, possessing a solid track record in the design, deployment, and operation of critical infrastructure (ports, airports, and logistics hubs). The ideal candidate must combine an advanced technical vision in operational safety and cybersecurity (IT/OT)-enabling the movement or inspection of goods for dispatch-with the ability to identify new market opportunities, translating complex client needs and industry technology trends into compelling commercial proposals, robust protection architectures, and technical procurement specifications.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Business Development**
+ Lead the identification, maturation, and capture of new business opportunities in the critical infrastructure sector (ports, airports, and logistics hubs) in Latin America, translating complex client needs into technical cybersecurity and physical security (IT/OT) proposals.
+ Act as AECOM's technical point of contact in the region for cargo transport security solutions, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technology partners within the logistics ecosystem.
**IT (Information Technology)**
Traditional IT systems:
+ Corporate networks (LAN/WAN)
+ Servers and databases
+ Enterprise systems (ERP, email, cloud)

+ Define comprehensive security architectures for complex environments (IT/OT).
**OT (Operational Technology)**

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Establish and validate technical criteria, specifications, and standards for security projects.
+ Prepare technical documents and specifications for procurement processes.
+ Participate in the development and implementation of security-related information systems.
+ Manage and analyze logs in high-volume, highly complex environments.
+ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
+ Evaluate emerging technologies and their applicability to security projects.
+ Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices.
+ Design, develop, and implement physical security and cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or academic training.
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in security and/or cybersecurity within operations or business development for critical infrastructure (ports, airports, and logistics hubs).
+ **Project Track Record:** Experience in at least 2 projects involving participation in:
+ Design and deployment of infrastructure as well as security and cybersecurity solutions in critical infrastructure operations (ports, airports, and logistics hubs).
+ Implementation or management of monitoring and log management systems in complex environments.
+ Project development and/or information systems.
+ **Knowledge Base:**
+ Security architectures (IT/OT, networks, surveillance systems, access control, etc.).
+ International security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC, among others).
+ Critical infrastructure protection technologies.
+ **Skills:** Ability to develop technical specifications and procurement documents.
+ **Language:** Advanced English (spoken and written).
**Preferred Requirements**
+ Specialization or certifications in cybersecurity or information security is highly desirable.
+ Experience in passenger and/or cargo operation environments is preferred.
