Acts as the responsible for marketing for MAPA Professional in Mexico. This position uses the knowledge on the brand strategy and clients to develop and execute activities to increase the brand value and sales. Also provides feedback on product needs for Mexico to the region and actively provides feedback on the market (competition/ verticals/ etc)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Identify products to be launch in Mexico with the corresponding analysis (tests in end users/ P&L analysis/ product launch plan).
+ Market analysis: tracking competition (product performance/launches, etc.) and identifying possible opportunities.
+ Plan, execute and track different marketing initiatives with key clients to increase brand value and sales.
+ Lead and execute activities linked to sales incentives with our distributors' sales force.
+ SKU RAT: Maintain, together with supply, finance and sales, a healthy portfolio. Identify products to discontinue- align with supply and commercial and request and do the following through precision.
+ Administrate and control A&P Spending budget.
+ Provide assistance to the commercial team on product recommendation and training.
+ Develop POP material, catalogues and other A&P materials aimed at the Mexican market.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related.
+ At least 3-year relevant experience in marketing function at first level multinational companies, preferably in consumer industry.
+ Desirable experience in B2B Marketing.
+ MS Office
+ Advanced English level.

- Ensures that the corporate ID manual is kept up-to-date and implemented as appropriate.
