Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years of experience leading UI/UX architecture for large-scale web platforms in global marketing or enterprise environments.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, development, business analysts, and scrum teams, to create and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Expertise in UI/UX design principles, including information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Design Tools, and other relevant design and prototyping software.

What You'll Be Doing:
Develops and plans multi-touch and multi-channel marketing strategy and experience to promote supplier brands. Uses effective internal and external performance benchmarks in planning effective campaigns.
Owns Marketing investment and spending strategy against the marketing plans.
Delivers ROI through effective marketing execution against the marketing plans.
Uses marketing campaign brief development process to create very effective campaign plans, aligns business and suppliers on those plans, gets sign-off from the suppliers and then works with shared services organization to execute and marketing effectiveness organization to track the effectiveness of those dollars.
Using advanced product and technical knowledge/understanding within defined supplier and brand/product area, creates high-impact supplier marketing campaigns that drive supplier new product introductions and creation of qualified opportunities from suitable buyers.
Analyzes and articulates campaign effectiveness and metrics to supplier, partner and Arrow stakeholders including rebates and revenue as program return on investment (ROI).
Becomes the face of Arrow ECS Marketing to the supplier community. Single point of contact for all planned or unplanned campaigns. Monitor closely the progress made on the execution of the campaigns with shared services teams or any agencies working on the campaign activities.
Applies a deep understanding of Arrow's value proposition, initiatives, and programs and use these items to guide strategic marketing planning for external customers and internal stakeholders to gain market share and maximize profitability.
Manage marketing campaign budget(s). Ensure marketing plan is implemented and program is completed on time and within budget; recommend or redirect strategies as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced English (Previous experience working with American and Canadian market).
Previous experience with Project Managment tools.
Very organized in handling different projects at the same time.
Experience in a similar field is preferred.

Summary:
A tech-savvy and analytical SR Coordinator to support our Data & Martech operations. This role will help bridge marketing strategy with technology execution, ensuring our campaigns are data-driven, personalized, and optimized across platforms. This role works closely with CRM, IT, and sales teams to manage tools, analyze performance, and improve customer. engagement throughout the customer lifecycle & data architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
1-Data & Analytics:
- Collect, clean, and analyze customer and campaign data from multiple sources
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, engagement, ROI)
- Support segmentation and targeting strategies using behavioral and transactional data
- Assist in predictive modeling and customer journey mapping
2-Martech Operations:
- Maintain and optimize the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics, etc.)
- Support integration between platforms (e.g., CRM ↔ Email ↔ Web Analytics)
- Troubleshoot data flow issues and ensure data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on tool upgrades and implementations
- Campaign Support
- Assist in setting up and executing automated marketing workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations
- Ensure personalization and dynamic content are properly configured
- Ensure architecture between IT of CRM Platforms and Lead management platforms such as (Salesforce, Hubspot, ADOBE, Braze, Creatio)
- Workflows of IA agents to a CRM & Leadmanagement systems.
Job Requirements:
- CRM Platforms: Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Dynamics 365
- Martech Stack: Familiarity with automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), personalization tools (Segment, Optimizely), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Databases and SQL: Ability to query, clean, and analyze customer data
- CDP (Customer Data Platforms): Basic understanding of how to consolidate data from multiple sources
- API Integrations: Understanding of how to connect systems for data flow between platforms
- Skilled in grouping audiences by behavior, demographics, or commercial value
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret campaign KPIs, customer behavior, and channel performance
- Reporting: Creation of dashboards and actionable reports for stakeholders
- Customer Journey Mapping: Understanding and mapping customer touchpoints
- CX Optimization: Identifying friction points in the experience and proposing improvements using technology
- Clear Communication: Translating technical insights into understandable language for business teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams
- Problem Solving: Identifying process failures and proposing practical solutions
- Time and Priority Management: Organizing tasks in agile environments with multiple projects
- Data Privacy and Compliance
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe, and Data Architecture
- Visualization Tools: Skilled in Power BI and Tableau
Profile:
- Systems Engineering / Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Marketing / Communications, Industrial Engineering or related
- Advanced English level
- Certifications in Martech and Specific Platforms (Example: Oracle Cloud CX certifications in automation, sales, and digital marketing)
- Salesforce: Administrator-level proficiency and experience with Marketing Cloud
- Analytics Tools: Skilled in Google Analytics (including GA4) for web and campaign performance tracking
- Data & Visualization: Proficient in SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, and Power BI for querying, analyzing, and visualizing data
- Marketing Platforms: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Segment for customer engagement and data orchestration
