**Responsable de:**
El Becario de Comunicación y Relaciones Gubernamentales brindará apoyo en la gestión de actividades clave en dos funciones estratégicas: Comunicación interna y externa y Emergencias OnStar. Será responsable de la gestión de bases de datos, monitoreo de medios, administración de flota vehicular para medios y generadores de contenido, generación de reportes y materiales de comunicación. Es deseable conocimiento y experiencia en manejo de datos.
**Principales Actividades**
+ Coordinar la comunicación con medios de comunicación y creadores de contenido, dando seguimiento a publicaciones y requerimientos de información.
+ Elaboración de materiales de comunicación interna y externa (infografías, boletines de prensa, presentaciones.
+ Gestionar adecuadamente el programa de préstamo de vehículos para pruebas con medios y creadores de contenido, promoviendo la interacción con áreas como Relaciones Públicas y Mercadotecnia.
+ Asegurar una administración adecuada de la flota de vehículos de OnStar (agenda, trámites, cumplimiento de políticas).
+ Mantener actualizadas las cuentas de aplicaciones móviles de los vehículos de la flota OnStar y promover su uso durante los préstamos a medios y generadores de contenido.
+ Generar, actualizar y mantener una base de datos estructurada de autoridades federales y estatales.
+ Creación, seguimiento y análisis de reportes de resultados de los Servicios de Emergencias de OnStar.
**Requisitos:**
+ Ser un estudiante activo de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre) Graduación **Verano 2027 o posterior**
+ Contar con un nivel **avanzado** de inglés
+ Seguro facultativo vigente

**Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)**
**(Supporting the department in different business related tasks).**
 Project planning.
 Project group forming.
 Coordination of follow-up and project progress meetings.
 Elaboration of Raw material specifications, subassembly, inspection , and end item, in coordination with the involved disciplines.
 Responsible for recommending the important characteristics (dimensions, tests, etc.) for the product performance.
 Among his/her activities it stands out the recommendation of inspection methods,
measurement, and testing to evaluate the product correctly.
 Capable to have direct communication with molding suppliers, resin distributors, extrusion suppliers, etc.
 Analyze technical data information of the proposed materials.
 Develop tooling for risk evaluation such as FMEA to determine risks and recommend actions to control or minimize them.
 Project plans (Gantt chart).
 Monthly reports of project progress (CRs), and PMPs.
 Compliance reports and project progress.
 Process capability analysis, (CP, Cpk), cost savings calculation (CIP).
 Coordinate tests with Division laboratories and sterilization tests.
 Visual and physical tests coordination in the metrology lab.
 Production runs coordination for engineering samples or qualification tests (per Protocol and/or PQR).
 Evaluations of materials to be obsolete or scrap and coordinate good incorporation of the materials under change.
 Develop Qualification Protocols and Summaries with objective evidence of the qualification results.
 Coordination with technician personnel of the Plant and Division for clarification of qualification requirements.
 Develop a memorandum of progress about qualifications to suppliers and notifications about
the progress of the project and the identified obstacles to Management.
 Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
**Education and Experience:**
 Engineering Finished preferably.
 2 Years of experience in manufacturing processes preferably.
 2 Years of experience in Quality Systems preferably.
**Language Skills:** Upper Intermediate

**Descripción del empleo**
AUMOVIO se encuentra en una etapa clave de fortalecimiento de identidad y cultura organizacional, lo que requiere una estrategia sólida de comunicación interna que asegure una correcta adopción del rebranding, así como la alineación de los colaboradores con los valores y objetivos de la organización.
Actualmente, existe la necesidad de estandarizar mensajes, generar campañas estructuradas y fortalecer la experiencia del colaborador a través de eventos y activaciones culturales que impulsen el sentido de pertenencia y engagement.
Como intern del area de comunicación interna, tendras como objetivo
+ Desarrollo de una estrategia de comunicación interna alineada al rebranding AUMOVIO.
+ Diseño y ejecución de campañas de comunicación (ej. cultura, valores, liderazgo, engagement).
+ Planeación y apoyo en la ejecución de eventos internos (townhalls, activaciones, campañas temáticas).
+ Creación de materiales de comunicación (mailings, posters, presentaciones, contenido digital).
+ Propuesta de iniciativas para fortalecer la cultura organizacional AUMOVIO.
+ Seguimiento de métricas básicas de comunicación (alcance, participación, impacto).
Con algunas actividades como:
+ Apoyo en la creación de planes de comunicación.
+ Desarrollo de contenido para campañas internas (gráficos, textos, presentaciones).
+ Coordinación logística de eventos (convocatorias, seguimiento, materiales).
+ Apoyo en iniciativas de cultura AUMOVIO (activaciones, dinámicas).

**The Role**
The Project Engineer II is responsible for leading and executing capital investment projects from concept development through implementation and successful startup within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with engineering, quality, and operational standards while supporting the company's strategic growth and operational objectives.
**What You'll Do (Impact Areas)**
**Project Management & Execution**
+ Lead capital investment projects from initial concept through commissioning and final handoff.

**The Role**
The CAPEX Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the achievement of annual CAPEX objectives aligned with the company's 5-year strategic roadmap and evolving business requirements. + Lead and oversee the execution of CAPEX projects across assigned plants, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.

+ Review and validate project feasibility studies and Capital Authorization Requests (CARs) before approval.

+ Advanced English proficiency (85-90% or higher).
+ Availability to travel frequently.
