**Job Description**

**Gerente de Producto**
Responsable por desarrollar actividades de mercadotecnia para satisfacer las necesidades del usuario final para, de esta forma, cumplir con el presupuesto de ventas y objetivo financiero de los productos del negocio para incrementar y mantener su participación en el mercado; así como coordinar actividades con las áreas de Ventas, Aplicaciones e Ingeniería para asegurar la disponibilidad, comercialización y calidad del producto.
**Funciones y responsabilidades:**
+ Elaborar el presupuesto de ventas, establecer objetivos financieros y desarrollar los objetivos estratégicos del negocio. Analiza y compara información histórica, situación actual del mercado, factores económicos, potencial de mercado y competencia.
+ Cumplir con el objetivo financiero de ventas, margen de utilidad (Gross Profit - GP) y precios promedio.
+ Desarrollar el plan de mercadotecnia de productos nuevos y existentes o proyectos con clientes estratégicos, investigaciones de mercado para determinar el producto, precio, plaza y promoción de los objetivos planteados.
+ Determinar la estrategia de precios, analizando los costos y márgenes de utilidad requeridos por la compañía, además de los que proporcionan las marcas competidoras.
+ Interactuar con las áreas de Producción, Normatividad, Ingeniería, Logística, Manufactura y Servicio al Cliente, coordinando juntas para registrar, desarrollar, planear y contar con el producto.
+ Elaborar el pronóstico de ventas en conjunto con el área de Finanzas y Planeación, analizando la demanda registrada en meses anteriores y detectando nuevas oportunidades de mercado a corto y largo plazo do juntas para registrar, desarrollar, planear y contar con el producto.
+ Determinar y controlar el presupuesto anual de gastos, estableciendo el presupuesto de gastos con base al presupuesto anual de ventas.
+ Realizar visitas en campo para asegurar el seguimiento de las estrategias y tácticas establecidas por el negocio, así como el manejo de objetivos y proporcionando información sobre las ventas.
**Requisitos:**
+ Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Ing. Químico, Q.F.B, Q.B.P., Ing. Industrial, L.A.E. o afín.
+ Experiencia en marketing para producto en áreas de diagnóstico molecular o salud de la mujer
+ Análisis estratégico, posicionamiento de marca y mapeo de oportunidades en el Mercado de México.
+ De preferencia con Maestría en Mercadotecnia / MBA
+ Relaciones efectivas intracompañía y con clientes fuera de ella.
+ Inglés avanzado.
+ Manejo de paquetería Office.

Join us as Project Manager Clinical Supplies - To manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials, ensure timely and efficient distribution of trial materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of clinical studies.
What You'll Do:
- Develop study specific plans for each assigned project.
- Meet with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and risks, and update project reports/spreadsheets.

- Experiencia sólida con herramientas de automatización y CRM como HubSpot, Brevo, Customer.io, Mailchimp o similares.
- Profundo conocimiento de customer journeys, lifecycle marketing y optimización de funnels.
- Experiencia diseñando y ejecutando estrategias de pruebas A/B.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y orientación a la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Perfil autónomo, proactivo y con alta capacidad de ejecución.

- Act as central point of contact for customers and/or MasterCard customer representatives throughout processing implementation project end-to-end execution.
- Assess and document customer needs and according implementation impacts on customers' and MasterCard's core and non-core processing systems and platforms.
- Define scope, plan and drive customer processing implementation projects of new electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology.
- Act as processing implementation advisor, to customers' processing support staff. Provide guidance to execute all necessary processing implementation activities
- Execute extensive and comprehensive initial end-to-end processing system impact analyses for multiple key customer processing implementation projects in parallel.

- Relevant experience in "Information Technology" system knowledge, with strong understanding of network technology, digital and web technology, applications, and project management.

As the Productivity and AI Sr. PM you will lead the relationship and roadmap with offshore teams and be the MX owner of central tools to drive productivity. The Transportation Capacity team seeks a results-driven Program Manager to lead planning initiatives across Amazon Mexico's transportation network. This role drives network optimization, cross-functional execution, and data-driven decision-making to ensure cost-efficient package movement at scale.
You will own one or more planning verticals - Labor Planning, Volume Planning, or Middle Mile Planning - developing capacity plans, optimizing resource utilization, and delivering actionable insights that improve network performance against OP2 targets.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute short-to-mid term capacity plans (labor, volume, or middle mile) ensuring network readiness to meet demand without creating restrictions
Own weekly productivity metrics by optimizing utilization, route frequency, headcount allocation, or trailer fill rates against OP2 targets; identify and close gaps between planned and actual performance
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for cost overruns and capacity gaps; deliver remediation plans with clear owners, timelines, and recurrence prevention measures
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sort Center Operations, Fulfillment Centers, Network Design, OTR Planning, ATS, and Finance to align capacity with upstream volume signals and downstream delivery requirements
Generate and deliver weekly Flash reports with performance summaries and action plans for senior leadership review
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual planning time, minimize re-work, and increase automation through tool development and system integration
Manage cost trade-off decisions by quantifying the impact of speed vs. cost vs. utilization across the network
Translate demand signals (volume forecasts, labor demand, truck requirements) into actionable capacity plans across all lane types and node categories
Support high-volume event planning by developing capacity ramp-up/ramp-down plans and monitoring real-time network performance during execution

We own labor planning, volume forecasting, and middle mile capacity across the country.
