Requirements:
+3 years of experience on GCP
General understanding of SaaS platforms / architectures and deployment types to support partner queries.
Should have good knowledge on VM images (good to have GCE experience) types OS UNIX and LINUX OS
Understanding of networking concepts DNS SSL/TLS firewalls and load balancers
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Hands on experience with Scripting languages such as bash shell or Python

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead the modernization and integration of infrastructure services across the LATAM region. This role will support the transition to a global IT operating model, drive automation and AI-powered operations, and ensure a secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology environment that supports business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Support the integration of regional IT operations into a unified global delivery framework.

Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy standards, cybersecurity protocols, and disaster recovery requirements.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, with a strong track record in regional or global transformation projects.

Expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise networking, automation, ITIL-based service management, and vendor governance.

Strong financial and stakeholder management capabilities.

Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

**Your role and responsibilities**
· Project management, negotiations, performance tracking and reporting
* Financial and Budget development
* Communications to stakeholders for research, planning, and implementation
* Standards, policies, training, and support of organization
* In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure (network and server)
* Long term planning and process development to ensure 5 years look ahead is communicated
* The ability to manage multiple work streams.
* Develop and maintain metrics for leadership through a variety of dashboards for presentations.
* Management of projects in Jira, Confluence, and budgets
* Research, development, and improvement measures
* Self-starter who acts as a single point of contact for high complexity projects for the department
* Work with other departments within the organization to establish customer requirements and project costs.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· 10+ years of Project Management experience in a combination of the following areas:
o IT Infrastructure/Network Management
* Server technologies
* PMP, SA or equivalent
* Experience in Jira and Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong working knowledge of networking and server tools
o Must understand how corporate networks function
