Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Ingeniero de Operaciones Tecnológicas (OT).
**What you'll do:**
Ingeniero de Operaciones Tecnológicas (OT) con facultad para apoyar a los sitios de la división en trazar la ruta de la estrategia i4.0 con visión a 5 años en despliegue a las tecnologías de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio. + Responsable de configurar, mantener y optimizar redes industriales que permitan la comunicación entre PLCs, SCADA, HMIs y dispositivos de campo, asegurando la integridad, disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los datos operativos. Incluye la gestión de protocolos industriales como Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA, así como la configuración de switches industriales, routers, VLANs y direccionamiento IP.
+ Participa activamente con los lideres de lanzamiento de proyectos que implica maquinaria, tecnología y equipo para asegurar que el hardware y software cumplen con los estándares mínimos de Eaton para Ciber Seguridad.

 Evaluations of materials to be obsolete or scrap and coordinate good incorporation of the materials under change.
 Develop Qualification Protocols and Summaries with objective evidence of the qualification results.
 Coordination with technician personnel of the Plant and Division for clarification of qualification requirements.
 Develop a memorandum of progress about qualifications to suppliers and notifications about
the progress of the project and the identified obstacles to Management.
 Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (Lean, Six Sigma).

The Project Engineer II is responsible for leading and executing capital investment projects from concept development through implementation and successful startup within a manufacturing environment. **The Role**
The CAPEX Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the achievement of annual CAPEX objectives aligned with the company's 5-year strategic roadmap and evolving business requirements.
