The Corporate Attorney  will be responsible for providing practical, timely, strategic, and high-quality legal advice and counsel on customer contracts, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, leases, and other commercial contracts across the Company. The attorney will also assist with general corporate housekeeping and know-your-customer (KYC) matters for the Company’s entities around the world.  Role requires collaboration and coordination with key business partners and stakeholders within the Company’s various business operations.  This position requires a high degree of skill in interpersonal relations, organization, communications, initiative, organization, anticipation, intuitiveness, and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of contracts such as customer contracts, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, warehousing agreements, leases, consignments, and consulting agreements
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers, vendors, outside counsel, paralegals and other internal business partners to determine requirements, make assessments, negotiate terms, and take other actions in connection with contract reviews and related projects
  • Providing advice to internal business partners regarding business issues such as deal terms, risk assessments, vendor comments, strategy, and company policy
  • Managing multiple simultaneous projects involving contracts with varying levels of complexity
  • Assisting the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist with designing and implementing a CLM system for existing and new contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations
  • Leading the development and revision of contract templates, policies, and procedures, including coordinating non-US legal terms and conditions
  • Providing corporate information in response to Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and ultimate beneficial ownership requests and assisting with maintaining corporate organizational information on a global basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • JD degree; licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of licensure
  • Minimum of five to eight years' experience in law firm and/or in-house with focus on commercial contracts and general corporate matters
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and commercial issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and solid analytical skills
  • Ability to timely and efficiently manage a large volume of projects and transactions
  • Strong negotiation and organization skills
  • Team player able to build relationships with colleagues and business partners across the company
  • Critical-thinking skills including the ability to solve problems creatively and apply practical solutions
  • High energy level self-starter and ability to marshal resources to accomplish projects and change initiatives

**Job Summary**
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership in the development, standardization, and implementation of manufacturing processes across global manufacturing operations. This role supports product launches, capacity growth, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives by designing, specifying, and introducing robust, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing equipment and processes.
The position works closely with Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, IT, Sourcing, Lean, and global operations teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, efficiency, and scalability. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer also supports the product development cycle by providing input on part design, tooling, labor impact, equipment requirements, and process limitations to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase value for the customer.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in assembly manufacturing environments.
+ Strong experience implementing manufacturing equipment, tooling, workstations, and production systems.
+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, process development, and production standards.
+ Experience supporting new product launches, pre-production activities, and production ramp-up.
+ Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
+ Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional activities.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.
+ Advanced English proficiency.
+ Desire to work on, ride, and improve industry-leading powersports products.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
+ Automotive assembly experience, preferably with an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
+ Experience with assembly automation, DC torque tools, In-Process Test (IPT), and End-of-Line Test (EOLT) systems.
+ Experience with APQP processes, including PFMEA and Control Plans.
+ Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing principles.
+ Experience with error-proofing (poka-yoke), standardized work, line balancing, and continuous flow methodologies.
+ Proficiency with CAD software.
+ Solid technical knowledge of CNC machining centers and machining processes.

**Position Overview**
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads the development and implementation of manufacturing technologies and processes to support new product introductions, production improvements, and global manufacturing strategy. This role is responsible for developing and standardizing manufacturing processes, workstation layouts, equipment specifications, and technical documentation while promoting best practices across manufacturing facilities.
Key responsibilities include supporting product development schedules, participating in design reviews, evaluating preliminary product designs, and providing manufacturing input related to part reduction, commonality, ease of assembly, tooling requirements, labor impact, cost, and quality. The position partners with Design Engineering and Quality Engineering to identify process limitations, recommend design improvements, and ensure new and existing components are optimized for manufacturability.
The role coordinates the procurement, build, run-off, installation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and production systems. Responsibilities also include researching emerging manufacturing technologies, supporting capital equipment studies, preparing business cases, and assisting with long-range capital planning aligned with corporate objectives.
Additionally, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer analyzes manufacturing methods and operational standards to identify opportunities that improve safety, quality, ergonomics, throughput, reliability, and cost. The role develops and maintains process documentation, equipment guidelines, work instructions, and production standards, while supporting labor studies, workstation optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position also provides support for current production operations by identifying recurring manufacturing issues, incorporating lessons learned into future designs, and driving sustainable solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
· Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
· Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
· Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
· Develop and maintain documentation for desktop support processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
· Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to optimize operations.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all desktop support activities.
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage hardware and software procurement and inventory.
· Implement security measures to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access and threats.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions.
· Drive initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and productivity through innovative support practices.
**Qualifications**
· Possess a strong background in desktop support with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues with a focus on desktop systems.
· Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
· Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and system management principles.
· Show experience in leading and mentoring a team to achieve high performance and service standards.
· Display knowledge of security protocols and best practices to safeguard company data.
· Demonstrate good experience with Asset Lifecycle activities.
· Have 2 -3 years of experience using SCCM, Intune, Autopilot.
