**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**

+ Supports all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
+ Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers contractors, and vendors
**_QUALIFICATIONS_** : Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or engineering fields
**_EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND (+5 years)_**

+ Experience in leading manual operations at a large scale
+ Knowledge of Med Device products is preferred, but knowledge of FDA regulations and highly regulated environment is a plus
_Validations and Ramp up Production_ _:_
+ Experience in line transfers for highly regulated environments
+ Experience in Training large organizations and achieve ramp ups
+ Experience conducting self-inspections in a GMP context based in FDA requirements, COFEPRIS, EMA requirements

Under the direction of the Sr Director of Operational Excellence, this person will act as an agent of change for facilitating and solving some of Honeywell's biggest problems such as inventory surplus, global supply chain network constraints, procurement process, and operational execution opportunities. This person will be located in Juarez, MX, supporting the Mexico facilities within Industrial Automation (IA). You will use the HMX framework to coach and lead facility leadership teams, to improve processes, increase productivity and help establish a mature lean culture.
+ Lead the assessment, strategy creation, and execution plan for transforming and improving rigor and operational excellence in key supply chain functions within IA to include planning, execution, and procurement
+ Coach and develop team members, leaders and staff through operational excellence principles and drive process improvement using lean tools and methodologies.
+ Coach lean process and behavior changes, developing a highly effective balanced scorecard for all applicable programs
+ Implement KPIs and process rigor to drive improvements throughout the transformation
+ Conduct regular executive communication updates on the status of the transformation, escalations, and support required
+ Support the cross functional supply chain teams to develop and follow their standard work, yielding a culture of system, process, and behavior discipline to get results using lean principles
+ Provide full financial analysis and capital expenditure supporting digital enhancements, justification as necessary, and accurately project and track savings
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results. Successfully facilitated and driven 20+ process or program improvements.

+ 5+ years program or project management experience
+ 5+ years of Process Excellence or equivalent experience

**Position Summary**
The Head of IT/Manufacturing IT Leader is responsible for the end-to-end management of all technology operations, infrastructure, and services across AE's Mexicali factory, including network, MES, Warehouse, and OT systems. This role acts as the primary technology partner for the General Manager and staff for plant, translating business needs into IT requirements and ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards and strategy. The leader owns site availability, performance, and security at the factory, supports manufacturing systems, and provides feedback and opportunities to corporate IT teams for enterprise applications and infrastructure improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Own the full IT footprint at the Mexicali factory, including infrastructure, operations, applications, and OT systems, ensuring reliable and secure technology services.
+ Serve as the senior IT representative and strategic partner to the General Manager and staff, translating business challenges into IT requirements and feeding them into corporate development roadmaps for MES, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
+ Align local IT execution with corporate IT strategy, architecture, and governance standards.
+ Lead and develop the site IT team, managing staffing, performance, and capability growth to meet operational and strategic needs.
+ Ensure operational continuity and support for factory-critical systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP), coordinating with corporate teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
+ Oversee local IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and security requirements.

+ Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning, maintaining readiness for power, network, or system disruptions.
+ Monitor IT performance metrics (uptime, incident response, project delivery) and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and alignment with enterprise KPIs.
+ Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, identity and access management, and endpoint governance in coordination with corporate IT.
+ Support audit readiness, SOX compliance, and alignment with safety and environmental standards in partnership with EHS and Quality teams.
+ Lead IT execution for site expansions, new production lines, relocations, and M&A integrations, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead with a data-driven mindset; Skilled in using operational metrics, incident trends, and business KPIs to inform decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across IT service delivery and factory operations.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
+ 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
+ Excellent communication across production floor through executive stakeholders; English required; Thai strongly preferred.
+ Proven track record managing IT in manufacturing or industrial environments.
+ Experience supporting factory systems such as MES, SCADA, Warehouse, and OT infrastructure.
+ Demonstrated success in partnering with corporate IT to implement enterprise standards and drive alignment
+ Working knowledge of campus networking and security: Cisco switching/Wi-Fi, Cisco ASA/Firepower, SD-WAN, NAC/802.1X (Cisco ISE), and SolarWinds monitoring.
+ Strong ITSM discipline (Incident/Request/Problem/Change/Knowledge); demonstrated CAB/change planning in production environments.
+ Proven vendor, budget, and project management with measurable outcomes; availability for after-hours/weekend maintenance windows as needed.
+ Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and endpoint management.
**Preferred**
+ ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent.
+ Familiarity with MES/test stations and OT/IT collaboration in high-mix, high-throughput manufacturing.
+ Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is a plus.

The Director, Human Resources, will provide HR leadership to our Mexico offices which has various divisions in three locations (Coyoacan, Reforma and Remsen). In this role, you will serve as the commercial leader for Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive , with balanced accountability across both Groups/MICE and Leisure segments, while acting as the portfolio lead for Groups, MICE and Leisure business opportunities throughout Mexico and Latin America across Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive Resort, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya, Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya, Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya and Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies designed to maximize revenue, room nights, ADR, market share and customer acquisition across all managed segments - Groups, MICE, Tour Operator/Wholesale, Travel Agency/Consortia and direct Leisure - while ensuring alignment between property-level execution and portfolio commercial objectives.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
+ **Customer and Account Management :** Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate accounts, meeting planners, incentive houses, destination management companies, tour operators, wholesalers, travel advisors, consortia, third-party intermediaries, national accounts, government organizations and industry associations.
+ **Portfolio Groups & MICE Leadership** **:** Serve as the portfolio lead for Groups and MICE business opportunities throughout Mexico and Latin America across Hilton Cancun, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya, Hilton Tulum, Conrad Tulum and Hilton Vallarta Riviera. Develop annual Group and MICE business plans, sales strategies and action plans designed to achieve or exceed established revenue, ADR and room night objectives.
+ **Portfolio Groups & MICE Leadership :** Serve as the portfolio lead for Groups and MICE business opportunities throughout Mexico and Latin America across Hilton Cancun, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya, Hilton Tulum, Conrad Tulum and Hilton Vallarta Riviera, Develop annual Group and MICE business plans, sales strategies and action plans designed to achieve or exceed established revenue, ADR and room night objectives
+ **Portfolio Leisure Leadership:** Serve as the portfolio lead for Leisure business opportunities throughout Mexico and Latin America across the five Mexico Resorts, encompassing tour operator/wholesale, travel agency, consortia and direct leisure channels. Develop annual Leisure business plans, sales strategies and action plans designed to achieve or exceed established revenue, ADR and room night objectives.
+ **Revenue Management & Forecasting :**
Partner with Revenue Management teams to review pace, pickup, booking trends and market performance across Group and Leisure segments.
Analyze segment contribution and business mix opportunities, balancing Group and Leisure demand to optimize total revenue.
Participate in forecast reviews and budget planning processes

**Job Description**
**Position Summary:**
As Director of Technology (Software Engineering), you will be responsible for developing next generation software products, tools, and capabilities. A successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering (development, quality assurance, data capture and transformation), software development methodologies, and project management. As a leader with excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for 6 - 8 direct reports and an overall organization of 50+ IT professionals.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Own and deliver your product roadmap
+ Participate and improve software development processes and delivery, such as software design review, code review, code coverage, automation, performance, and monitoring
+ Attract, retain, and motivate high performing engineering teams to continuously innovate, improve and think differently
+ Setting and executing the short to long term vision for software engineering teams to support ALLDATA's technology applications
+ Leverage partnership with ALLDATA and AutoZone head quarter (HQ) in the USA and collaborate with IT/business partners to maximize achievement of business goals

**Skills and Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's degree preferred
+ At least 10+ years of hands-on Software Development experience in Java/Javascript technologies building full stack applications, with at least five years as a Manager leading multiple engineering teams. Experience with Mongo, SOLR, Oracle required
+ You have demonstrated success building highly reliable, scalable, and maintainable software products. Specific Experience around SaaS and API's Architecture desirable
+ Experience with Agile development
+ Experience influencing others, advocating for technical excellence while being open to change
+ You are resilient, comfortable in ambiguous situations with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and can make decision quickly after considering competing viewpoints

**Description:**
_Bunkhouse Valle de Guadalupe is a luxury lifestyle resort located in the heart of Mexico wine country. Spanning over 1 km, the resort has well-appointed guestrooms and suites, feature restaurant with roof terrace, pool, and over 50,000 sqm of vineyards with a proprietary wine brand._
The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial functions in the hotel and works closely with the General Manager, Ownership, and Corporate office to ensure accurate reports are submitted on time, including general ledger reconciliation, monthly and quarterly sales tax filings, timely monthly financials, balance sheet analysis, year-end closings, and budgets.
The Director of Finance will create and instill policy, procedure, and internal financial controls and compliance. The Director of Finance leads the Finance Department while working with their property management team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to maximize revenues, reduce expenses, and achieve (if not exceed) business goals consistent with the standards and expectations of the Company and Owners. They will ensure internal controls are compliant with all local and international financial regulations, and safeguard company assets and investments.
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience working as a Controller in Mexico, with knowledge of operating an internationally branded hotel as it relates to hotel operations; finances; legal compliance; applicability of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) to guest and personnel matters.
+ Previous Opening Hotel Experience preferred in a senior Finance manager role.
+ Minimum of 10 years progressive combined experience in hotel or hospitality organization, with minimum of 3 years in leadership role (Controller, Director of Finance, or applicable role).
+ Must be experienced in Food & Beverage Finance; previous Finance leadership experience in hotels with multiple Food & Beverage outlets required.
+ Proficiency in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) accounting standards.
+ Experience in managing hotel pre-opening budgets and renovation budgets.
+ Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing accounting procedures.
+ Must speak English and Spanish; additional languages proficiency a plus.
+ Bachelor's degree in related field.
+ Experience working in the Valle de Guadalupe region or familiarity with the region is a plus.
+ Prior "Lifestyle" hotel experience preferred.
+ Business acumen and forward-thinking approach to analyzing business levels, proposing cost-cutting initiatives and scheduling efficiencies, short- and long-term goal planning, budgeting, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, capital projects.
+ Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with: Ownership; Corporate; hotel's management, employees, clients, and vendors; and the community.
+ Ability to communicate effectively and calmly handle challenges in the workplace, proposing corrective solutions when identifying challenges.
+ Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and confidently present financials and other presentations in both oral and written form.
+ Ability to work flexible schedules and be present as required by business demand levels.
+ Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Suite and commonly used hospitality systems including: hotel accounting software, payroll systems, purchasing/inventory platforms, PMS (property management system), POS (Point of Sale).
+ Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
+ Knowledgeable with all Mexico applicable regulations and legislation regarding employment legislation and financial reporting.
