**La Oportunidad**
Esta posición está ubicada en Querétaro en nuestro negocio de Electrofisiología (EP), en esta división estamos avanzando en el tratamiento de enfermedades cardíacas a través de tecnologías médicas innovadoras en la fibrilación auricular, lo que permite a las personas restaurar su salud y seguir adelante con sus vidas.
**Objetivo del puesto**
Facilitar y apoyar al equipo de producción para entregar los resultados y expectativas comerciales en el día a día para una o más áreas de producción. El puesto es responsable de garantizar que se mantengan los procesos de producción estándar y que se cumplan la seguridad, la calidad y los volúmenes de producción.
**Responsabilidades**
+ Mejora de procesos mediante indicadores diarios, semanales y mensuales, enfocados a mejorar la seguridad, calidad y productividad.
+ Participación en grupos interdisciplinarios para el desarrollo de proyectos, manejo de personal y procesos administrativos. Aplicación y verificación de puntos de auditorías corporativas y externas.
+ Liderar una línea de producción, llevar reportes de ausentismo para identificar los mayores problemas y encontrar soluciones, monitorear la capacitación activa para mantener un correcto balance de línea. En materia de Calidad, se brinda soporte en Excepciones, además de realizar un seguimiento de los pedidos liberados y confirmados tanto por semana como por mes. Seguimiento junto al Líder de Línea para cumplir con métricas de volumen y scrap, tanto diarias, semanales e incluso mensuales.
+ Seguimiento del proceso productivo para que los pedidos cumplan tanto con el tiempo de entrega como con los insumos que se deben utilizar.
**Cualificaciones requeridas**
+ Educación: Ingeniería / Licenciatura.TITULADO
+ Más de 5 años de experiencia en industria (de preferencia dispositivos médicos/industria farmacéutica).
+ Otras cualificaciones/certificaciones: Buen dominio de conceptos de excelencia operativa/lean manufacturing, como equilibrio de líneas, teoría de restricciones, diagrama de flujo de procesos, herramientas de mejora continua (DMAIC, diagrama fishbone, 5 why, etc.).
