The role is primarily involves strategizing to purchase materials and raw materials necessary for product production, as well as reviewing demand and inventory status.
Responsible for detailed tasks such as purchase planning, negotiating purchases, and identifying and maintaining domestic and foreign trading companies. Corporate purchasing activities are not simple. A comprehensive understanding of the industry is a prerequisite, and furthermore, one must grasp the company's business structure and production strategy.
Only by knowing what is necessary can one efficiently purchase items in accordance with those needs.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Raw materials related tasks: Management of local/resin/steel suppliers, new development and price determination, mass production cost management, exploring new sourcing and optimal SCM.
Local Supplier related: Management of local partners for injection/pressing/cutting parts, development of new parts, determination of new price and management of production costs, discovery of new sourcing options and optimal supply chain management.
Parts Import task: Management of CKD/direct import supplier and management of new/mass production unit prices.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
At least 2 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing industry required, preferably more than 3 years.
Experience in purchasing tasks: particularly in price management & supplier management.
Proficient in basic Office document creation and utilization such as Excel and PPT
Preference for candidates who are proficient in both English and Korean.
No reasons for disqualification for overseas business trips.

Job Purpose:
- Contribute to achieving logistical standards both in terms of services and relations and communication with all GOs/GEs/GMs in the village and more particularly the RDS.
- Assist the warehouse supervisor and support them on a daily basis.
- Occasionally manage the team of storekeepers on the site upon need of the supervisor.
- Manage and secure supplier deliveries, the flow of goods and the management of village stocks on the perimeter delegated to him by the supervisor.
- Provide feedback to the warehouse supervisor.
Job Description
Generic missions
RECEIVE ORDERS
- Assist the Supervisor in the control of the products compliance delivered with the orders placed: nature of products, weight, quantity, price, denomination, origin, shelf life, temperature, condition and visual appearance, labelling, packaging, etc.
- Ensure the presence of a member of the kitchen team to control fresh and frozen food products.
- Refuse damaged, non-compliant/non-ordered/surplus products in from the order and notify any issue on the delivery note.
- Enter on the system the receipts of goods in the supply tool within the time limits
- Report to the supervisor irregularities or errors found in the product catalogs or the supplier database.
MANAGE AND OPTIMIZE THE STOCKS
- Apply and enforce inventory management procedures, and comply with health & safety standards
- Contribute to the reliability of IT stocks through the rigorous use of IT systems for all stock movements (goods receipt, outward stock movement, inventories).
- Contribute to the organization of reserves in order to:
- Ensure the safety of the employee (in particular by ensuring easy circulation, the absence of clutter or dangerous piles).
- Guarantee the good state of conservation of the products (Cleaning of reserves, temperatures, air circulation …).
- Optimize storage space (to facilitate daily work).
- Securing access to goods (including sensitive or dangerous products).
- Inform his hierarchy of the risks of stock outs, overstocks, dormant stocks or obsolete stocks.
- Assist the VLS on a monthly basis to carry out an exhaustive inventory (F&B and Supply) with the PDA and justify all the discrepancies between the actual stock in the stores and the IT tools.
- Carry out rotating inventories by survey in the stores following the recommendations of the VLS
SUPPLY INTERNAL VILLAGE SERVICES
- Prepare and make available in quantity, quality and in accordance with the schedule, the products according to the requests for outings made by the RDS.
- Ensure the management of product returns.
- Check that all exit vouchers are validated and signed by the RDS or its delegation at the time of delivery of the goods.
- Assist the VLS in the training and support of Service Managers in the use of information systems for exit and need requests (support in the village for the management of the change of equipment or other).
QUALITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in its line of work by respecting rules and business standards.
- Contributes to the proper management of the department's waste (sorting, gathering…)
- Contributes to the proper management of hazardous products in the department (storage, safety equipment…).
MANAGEMENT
- Accompany and motivate, by their presence and his involvement, their team through daily activities.
- Managing by proximity: showing, training and enforcing.
- Check compliance with the time schedule established by the VLS.
- Distribute and assign tasks to your team with fairness in mind.
- Be exemplary though its visibility with teams and customers.
- Maintain excellent collaborative and efficient relationships with the RDS.
KPI
- RDS satisfaction level.
- Compliance with procedures: goods receipts, inventory management, access to inventory, etc.

Requirements:

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Director will serve as the single owner of the end-to-end supply chain in Mexico — planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivering. This leader must ensure on-time delivery, at the best total cost, while guaranteeing compliance with IMMEX, trade, and fiscal regulations. The role requires a hybrid profile: an operator who can solve daily challenges and a builder who institutionalizes long-term processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Supply Chain functions: planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, fiscal & customs compliance.
- Manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods aligned with demand and production programs.
- Implement and optimize ERP/MRP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Arena, Agile).
- Negotiate with suppliers on cost, terms, dual sourcing, VMI/consignment, and performance scorecards.
- Ensure full compliance with IMMEX, SAT, and U.S./Mexico regulatory requirements.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives, working capital optimization, and inventory improvements.
- Establish and monitor KPIs: OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance, cost savings.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of ~25 professionals.
- Build a strong S&OP process and standardize best practices across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of supply chain leadership, ideally in IMMEX manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record in ERP/MRP and PLM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of MRPII, JIT, Kanban, and DFT.
- Expertise in international trade, customs, and compliance.
- Advanced negotiation and vendor development skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex, growing organizations.
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving (RCCA, 8D, Lean), analytical thinking, and stakeholder influence skills.
