About the position:

Manages an organization's outgoing payments to vendors, including processing and verifying invoices, reconciling discrepancies, ensuring payments are made on time, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the company's financial health. Key duties involve coordinating with vendors, monitoring expenses, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing:

Receive, verify, and code incoming invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.

• Payment Management:

Prepare and schedule timely payments to vendors, often by coordinating with procurement or other departments.

• Reconciliation:

Perform regular reconciliations to ensure that the company's financial records align with vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

• Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions, which is crucial for tax purposes and financial reporting.

• Vendor Communication:

Serve as a point of contact with vendors to resolve payment issues, clarify invoices, or negotiate terms.

• Reporting:

Generate monthly reports on outstanding accounts payable and upcoming payment obligations to help with cash flow management.

• Compliance:

Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, finance. Can include internships.
• Bachelor’s degree required - preferably in business, finance, or related field
• English advance proficiency

The Technical Rotational AME will develop their skills while working with North American plants to launch, develop and implement best business practices, equipment, specifications, and training. They will learn and work to support the Injection Molding, Assembly, and Special Process facilities through hands on activities and will work towards developing the people, processes, procedures, and equipment used in our operations.

• The Technical Rotational AME will be responsible to work closely with the plant operations teams to determine and document best business practices and core manufacturing processes.
• The Emerging Talent AME will be expected to learn and eventually lead the application of BBP's, SES's, and CMP's within North American operations.
• The Emerging Talent AME will be expected to have some maintenance / troubleshooting experience and background within injection molding. The EDP AME should understand the injection molding process and the equipment used in that process.
• The Technical Rotational AME will be expected to be very hands on and will work with the plants to improve equipment related issues that are related to plant performance. They will be required to learn and prove they can evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement, and when applicable execute their own recommendations.
• The Technical Rotational AME will be responsible to learn and demonstrate how to quote and launch new injection molding, assembly, and/or special process equipment within North America.
• The Technical Rotational AME will be expected to learn and demonstrate how to help specify, purchase, and standard equipment.
• The Technical Rotational AME will need to work with the plants to identify capital improvement opportunities and develop justification. When applicable the Engineer will need to write an appropriations request, follow the request through the approval process, and help the plant implement.
• Understanding basic scientific molding principles along with the understanding of eDART and its related equipment is highly desirable.
• The Technical Rotational AME will have should have some experience with robotic part handling systems and the related maintenance that is required for optimal performance. The Engineer will be required to learn and demonstrate robot optimization through hands on programming.
• The Technical Rotational AME should have experience with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.

Analyze product information including bills of material for qualification of origination per US Customs requirements, issue compliant certificate of origin.

• Ensure timely USMCA qualification.
• Determine HTS US classification for products (Ensure parts and products are classified appropriately).
• Perform country of origin analysis for exported/imported goods.
• Maintain customs records and documentation according to regulatory requirements.
• Manage third party compliance activities and relationships.
• Ensuring internal compliance with customs procedures amongst various departments: purchasing, logistics, accounting and compliance.
• Timely response to brokers and customers requests for documentation.
• Develop, document, maintain and ensure execution of internal control procedures related to all customs activity.
• Assist with making sure international goods transactions are designed and executed in compliance with applicable international trade regulation and in compliance with specific trade agreements when necessary.
• Assist with the design of material and transactional flows to ensure duty and tax efficiency
• knowledge about US import ant export procedures.
• Manage customs brokerage and vendors billing for operations.

• Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in services - Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders - Solicits sale of new or additional services - Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. - Visits customers at their place of residence to investigate conditions preventing completion of service connection orders and to obtain contract and deposit when service is being used without contract. - Work closely with production management and line supervisors to determine status of parts needed and if necessary, communicate with customers any concerns that may arise from production or shipping problems. - Work daily with the SAP system to review customer needs and report weekly needs of customers. - Continuously monitor DDL system for all production and service parts to ensure proper safety inventories are being maintained. - Assist in shipping functions when necessary. - Record and enter customer orders that are not EDI. - Enter purchase request orders and packing slip data into XPPS. - Retrieval and information gathering in using customer DDL and SMART systems

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting function to facilitate the delivery of accurate, reliable financial statements.
• Coordination with the Materials Department to update the standard/actual costs of purchased inventory items.
• Ensure the proper use of general ledger accounts to provide accurate information reporting.
• Develop and deploy plant operating metrics to plant leadership to drive performance consistent with budget.
• Counsel leadership team on spending and control issues that would lead to negative performance relative to expectations.
• Prepare monthly analysis of plant performance, variances, and drive action plans to improve.
• Review, approve and maintain all records related to the purchase of new capital assets.
