En Orion Innovation estamos en búsqueda de un Especialista en Business Intelligence para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro de una empresa mexicana líder en su sector . Esta persona será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards ejecutivos e indicadores clave que respalden la toma de decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos, actuando como puente entre los equipos de tecnología, finanzas, vendor management y liderazgo de TI.
Responsabilidades principales
- Diseñar tableros ejecutivos en Power BI y Tableau , alineados con iniciativas estratégicas, agilidad y portafolio.
- Integrar datos desde múltiples fuentes (como Planview y Jira).
- Brindar soporte en sesiones con stakeholders para levantar requerimientos y traducirlos en visualizaciones de valor.
- Colaborar en la definición y mantenimiento de modelos de datos confiables y escalables.
- Asegurar consistencia visual y narrativa en la presentación de KPIs y OKRs.
- Promover el uso de dashboards para la toma de decisiones en equipos de TI ágiles.
Requisitos técnicos
- Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en roles de BI, Analytics o Data Visualization.
- Dominio comprobado de Power BI y Tableau (modelado, DAX, diseño UX).
- Conocimiento en SQL, estructuras de datos y arquitectura de dashboards.
- Deseable: experiencia con Jira, Confluence y herramientas colaborativas.
- Inglés avanzado (capaz de facilitar sesiones y documentar en inglés).
Habilidades blandas
- Pensamiento crítico y analítico.
- Comunicación efectiva con perfiles técnicos y ejecutivos.
- Proactividad, liderazgo informal y perfil extrovertido.

The Power BI Support Analyst will provide technical and administrative support for Power BI users across the RMDx organization. This role ensures smooth operation, data access management, and security and integrity within the Power BI environment, supporting the Admin Team's reporting and analytics needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Power BI workspace access, permissions, and user roles.
