Preferred experience:
- 3+ years of SEO experience.
- Experience working with law firms, home services (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, garage doors), or dental clients.
Skills & Traits:
- Exceptional communicator—can lead calls, influence clients, and de-escalate high-stakes situations.
- Strong operator—builds systems, not just manages people.
- High accountability—owns results, not excuses.

- Demonstrated results. Before/after ranking and organic lead data from accounts you've directly owned.
- Experience with legal, local, or high-intent service industries strongly preferred.
- Deep command of on-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, link building, Google Business Profile, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and schema markup.
