We are looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Analyst to help drive organic growth, search visibility, and brand authority across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

In this role, you will develop and execute SEO, content, local search, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies that increase discoverability, qualified traffic, and lead generation. You will work across technical SEO, content strategy, semantic optimization, and AI Search visibility to ensure our brands remain competitive as search continues to evolve.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on SEO expertise and a deep understanding of how users discover information through Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and other AI-driven platforms. Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Optimization

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple websites and brands.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Monitor website performance, indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Perform keyword, entity, and search intent research.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and on-page SEO elements.
• Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Collaborate with web development teams on technical SEO initiatives.

AI Search & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Requirements

Description

MezTal is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a U.S.-based client with multiple locations. This position is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, auditing timekeeping information, and providing support to employees and managers regarding payroll-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience processing U.S. payroll , strong knowledge of payroll practices and wage and hour regulations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilitie

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple U.S. locations
• Ensure payroll transactions are completed accurately and within established deadlines
• Process payroll transactions related to new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, transfers, bonuses, and deductions
• Maintain employee payroll records, tax forms, direct deposit authorizations, and related documentation
• Support payroll corrections, off-cycle payments, retroactive adjustments, and final paychecks
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding pay, taxes, deductions, and timekeeping issues
• Assist with garnishments, benefit deductions, retirement contributions, and other payroll withholdings
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local U.S. wage and hour regulations
• Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution
• Generate payroll reports for management and accounting teams
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
• Assist with payroll audits and special projects as needed

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience processing U.S. payroll (required)
• Experience processing payroll for multiple locations and/or multiple states
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems
• Experience supporting U.S.-based operations
• Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group ) is highly preferred
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or service-based industries is a plus
• Advanced English proficiency is required, as the role involves daily interaction with U.S.-based manager and stakeholders

Position Summary

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the accounting operations of

Retirement Communities during a period of significant transformation and growth. This is a hands-on accounting position for a highly motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of deliverables, and consistently meets deadlines.

The ideal candidate is someone who built a strong accounting foundation early in their career, preferably through experience in a public accounting firm or small accounting practice, and has since developed solid full-cycle accounting experience. This individual must be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate work on time without requiring constant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.

• Analyze financial transactions and identify discrepancies or unusual variances.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting activities.

• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Required

• Professional License (Cédula Profesional).

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Hands-on experience with month-end close.

• Experience preparing and reviewing accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership.

• Experience working in a small public accounting firm.

• Experience in audit, tax, or accounting services environments.
