Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you as a Sr. Production Control Supervisor will supervise the daily activities of planning coordinators/assistants to ensure production schedules are met. You will manage day-to-day work activities, monitor project status, and serve as a point of escalation for questions. You will oversee processes to mitigate risk and ensure production objectives are achieved. You will train team members and contribute to performance evaluations, taking responsibility for the team’s overall performance. You will also be responsible for updating system parameters, requiring extensive knowledge of ERP systems.

Location: Matamoros, Tamaulipas, On-site / Presential.

Requisitos:

• Ing. Industrial o de procesos, Ing. Gestión empresarial o afín. (Preferentemente recién egresado o carrera trunca).
• Conocimiento en el giro cárnico.
• Dominio y manejo de word y excel.
• Experiencia en control de procesos de aseguramiento de calidad, sistemas ISO, BPM, HACCP, ERP, MRP o SAP.

Conocimientos y/o cualidades:

• Alta capacidad de análisis y enfoque en detalles.
• Buena ortografía.
• Excelente habilidad de organización.
• Planificación.

Funciones a desempeñar:

• Elaboración de procedimientos.
• Recopilar y analizar datos relacionados con producción (tiempos de ciclo, tasas de producción y desperdicios, etc.).
• Elaboración de informes de indicadores de áreas de producción y calidad.
• Gestionar los documentos internos de la organización (principalmente los del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad).
