**Principales actividades**:

- Construir el plan de negocio y la revisión de la categoría para cada cliente de acuerdo con sus necesidades y prioridades
- Utilizar herramientas y técnicas de análisis de datos para identificar tendencias, patrones, oportunidades en el mercado, evaluar las iniciativas del área comercial (campañas, promociones, etc.) y medir el retorno de inversión (ROI), análisis de competencia y se shopper.
- Traducir datos en recomendaciones estratégicas para la toma de decisiones en el área comercial
- Desarrollar el área de CATMAN dentro de la compañía, ganando capitanías dentro de la categoría.
- Llevar la capitanía de algún(os) clientes (Análisis y presentaciones de resultados, análisis de surtidos, elaboración de scorecards, planogramación y seguimiento de implementaciones en la(s) cadenas a cargo), en caso de ser necesario.
- Preparar reportes y presentaciones tanto para clientes internos como externos sobre la industria, tendencias, competencia, marcas, etc
- Proponer Oportunidades de Negocio adecuadas para la compañía con la información cuantitativa y cualitativa de mercado.
- Proponer Estrategias del portafolio vigente con respecto a las tendencias de mercado cuantitativa y cualitativa.

Responsabilidades

Integridad del Modular

Verificar y Avalar que las reglas de negocio se integren en las herramientas de modulares (Integridad)grar los modulares de acuerdo al calendario de liberación definido con el negocio a fin de evitar saturación en las actividades del piso de venta y cobservando siempre mantener la continuidad de negocio en piso y con abasto logrando la experiencia de socios se enriquezca.

Liderar y Planear de forma colaborativa con sus clientes internos (DMM/GMM) y Externos (CATMAN y Proveedores) el calendario anual de revisión numérica y de montaje lay out virtual alineado al calendario modular a fin de filtrar desviaciones entre la estratiegia avalada por números y datos vs la estructura física de los clubes (evitar que sobren o falten artículos en el espacio modular y que sean rentables)

Determinar y colaborar con MRM en el diseño y consolidación de información quei incluya datos del mercado más Sam’s Specific que permita saber que la información del CATMAN están alineadas a la estrategia de negocio

Aportar hacia clientes internos y externos (Merchants & DMM , Catman y Proveedores) avances de desarrollo e implementación de modulares a través de consolidar datos y mediciones contra los objetivos fijados por Squad Leads y los time lines definidos enlos proyectos a fin de detectar desviaciones y poder corregir para lograr objetivo o mitigar impactos al plan

Mejora continua

Job summary

- 3+ years of experience in Agile or Lean product management methodologies
- 3+ years of experience delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) or web API-driven products to technical customers

Director Product Management Bill Pay

Role
- Take a structured approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
- Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives
- Drive the development of consistent product documentation (e.g., support documents) for internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Ensure that the end user and customer experience is continuously optimized
- Understand the product lifecycle and surface any barriers or obstacles to deliver capabilities on time and budget. Proactively communicate situation and proposed solutions to senior management
- Identify Product performance challenges, making recommendations on proposed action plans
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum
- Lead by example with demonstrating product management excellence and share best practices

All About You
- Understanding of the recurring payments landscape in Mexico, good knowledge on how financial institutions and billers use existing CECOBAN solution to process bill payments. Clearly articulates pros/ cons of existing solution set in the Mexican market
- Understand biller needs from a bill presentment and bill payment perspective. Clearly articulates different pain points according to different type of billers/ segments of billers
- Can clearly articulates the economics of the four-party model and the implication for the billers and the participants in the value chain. Contrast the model with that to be created in SPEI, or the one existing in CECOBAN
- Brief familiarity / understanding of the Real Time Payments ecosystem in Mexico
- Experience in card acquiring processing is a plus
- Understands and can explain the business context and the associated customer use cases
- Bilingual in English Verbal and written communication is clear and concise
- Improve team processes that accelerate product development, delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
