**What You’ll be Doing**
As a Senior Specialist, Social Media Marketing (TikTok and YouTube Content Creation), your role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to attracting top-tier customer service representatives in various languages by creating engaging TikTok and YouTube content and collaborating with a global team. You will work independently on assigned projects, demonstrating strong project management and content creation skills, and manage the TikTok and YouTube platform at a global level.
You'll report to Senior Manager, Social Media Marketing.
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Develop and create engaging and informative organic social media content on TikTok and YouTube, highlighting our best industry practices, employee stories, and career opportunities. Develop full cycle from inception to coordination, to design, and publishing.
- Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
- Provide clear direction to external resources (e.g., photographers, videographers) on how to capture content that meets our brand guidelines and objectives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics for assigned projects and contribute to refining content strategies based on data insights.
- Work collaboratively with the broader social media team to maintain consistency and brand voice across all social channels.
- Manage the TikTok and YouTube platform at a global level, ensuring content resonates with diverse audiences across different regions.
- SEO/SEM knowledge to help drive content efforts and strategy.
**What You Bring to the Role**
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok and YouTube content creation.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective TikTok and YouTube content in different formats (e.g., text, images, video).
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

- Gestión de boost de campañas en redes sociales.
- Gestión de agencias de influencers, moderando el contenido para plataformas de redes sociales con el fin de aumentar el alcance, la participación y el seguimiento de la marca.
- Potenciar el rendimiento en las redes sociales y medios paid, incrementando el impacto de las campañas de marca aumentando reach, impresiones y CPM.
- Contribución y trabajo en equipo para la implementación de campañas 360 con foco en el potencial de adaptación en plataformas digitales.
- Creación de activaciones exclusivas para medios digitales en conjunto con agencias.

- Experiencias (Años/Áreas): 2-3 años en ramo farmacéutico. Deseable: Experiencia en B2B y B2C dirigidas a profesionales de la salud & Pacientes.
- Conocimientos Específicos: Excel avanzado, Manejo de plataformas de gestión digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc), Conocimiento en Google Analytics 4, de SEO / SEM y herramientas de automatización.
Habilidades Preferidas:
- Resiliencia a manejo de cargas de trabajo.
- Planeación estratégica & gestión de proyectos y cumplimiento de deadlines.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario (ventas, marketing, medical, AR).
