Funciones Clave:

Como líder en este rol, serás responsable del desarrollo y la ejecución del Plan Estratégico de Red y Ciberseguridad, abarcando:

• Liderazgo Estratégico: Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de Operaciones de Ciberseguridad, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del negocio.

• Cumplimiento Normativo: Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de la industria (ej. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS) y coordinar auditorías de seguridad.

• Gestión de Riesgos: Establecer metodologías de clasificación y valoración de riesgos para la protección de activos críticos.

• Monitoreo y Respuesta: Supervisar el monitoreo continuo y liderar la gestión de incidentes de seguridad (detección, contención, erradicación).

• Desarrollo de Capacidades: Planear e implementar nuevas capacidades tecnológicas (SD-WAN, SDN, Firewalls de Próxima Generación) y promover una cultura de concienciación en ciberseguridad.

• Gestión de la Continuidad y Resiliencia: Implementar y probar los planes de Recuperación y Continuidad del Negocio.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia progresiva en ciberseguridad y gestión de redes, con historial comprobado en la gestión de equipos técnicos.
• Formación Académica: Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afín.
• Conocimientos Técnicos:

Administración de Soluciones de Seguridad (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, Netskope).

Configuración y Gestión de dispositivos de red (Ruteadores, Switches, Firewalls).

Seguridad y Redes en Computación en la Nube (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Gestión de Vulnerabilidades, Segmentación de red y Análisis de Logs.

Habilidades Blandas: Liderazgo de equipos, Resolución de Problemas bajo presión, Toma de Decisiones y Adaptabilidad.

Certificaciones (Deseables): CCNP Security, CCSE, CCSP o CISSP.

Role Purpose:

Primary Responsibility is to be SME for MIST WIFI incidents globally and provide expertise in resolution. A strong working knowledge of Juniper MIST Wi-Fi infrastructure is expected. As part of the role, you will be supporting other IT teams including Incident Management during crisis and represent Connectivity. You will be working within a wider global NOC Team on a “follow the Sun” basis. Day to Day direct interaction with the business trouble-shooting WIFI incidents – therefore strong communication skills are essential. You will be expected to lead and drive these incidents until resolution.

Main Activities

Principal Accountabilities:

• Primary SME for MIST/WIFI cases
• Quickly resolve WIFI incidents to meet and reduce MTTR.
• Take ownership of incidents and escalate high severity cases.
• Work with the team and share experiences and knowledge.
• Raise vendor cases – scheduling RMA around business requirements.
• Raise vendor SR and manage at L3 technical level.
• Support and guide other team members.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and Support WIFI incidents.
• Help with deployment of new projects/ Upgrades.
• Assist other teams in change activities.
• Raise RMA cases in coordination with the business. Facilitate recovery of failed infrastructure.
• Raise TAC cases with our vendors.
• Manage proactive and reactive cases.
• Input into process improvements.
