The Compl Governance Sr Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate key regulatory interactions (formal examinations, on-going supervisions, ad-hoc regulatory deliverables) that span across geographies (Local and Citi levels), businesses, products, support and control functions.
+ Ensure adherence to regulatory governance standards to promote consistency of processes across the organization for all phases of the regulatory interaction lifecycle.
+ Set up and implement the Regulatory Exam Infrastructure tools and resources (SharePoint, Metrics and Reporting) to enable an effective and standardize process across exams.
+ Track and monitor regulatory issues, regulatory commitments and enforcement actions from onset through conclusion, to ensure appropriate reporting in various senior forums to ensure responses to deficiencies identified by regulators appropriately address the root cause, clearly define the corrective actions and are properly reported in the Citi system.
+ Actively inform and update senior management about ongoing and upcoming regulatory examinations, as well as status and health of open regulatory issues
+ Communicate to all stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear way
+ Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional macro level topics with key stakeholders
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years experience in Compliance and Control
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

**Business Systems Analyst**
**About the role**
Join CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate, as a Business Systems Analyst. This role is pivotal in leveraging Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to deliver data-driven insights, enhance reporting, and optimize maintenance and asset management strategies. You will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, producing analytical reports, and providing actionable intelligence to foster efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement within our operations.
**What you'll do**
+ Develop and maintain dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reports to monitor asset reliability, work order performance, and maintenance costs.
+ Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
+ Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
+ Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CMMS data.
+ Conduct regular audits of CMMS data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to CMMS users.
+ Collaborate with IT and software vendors to implement system upgrades, patches, and new features.
+ Utilize CMMS data to support predictive and preventive maintenance initiatives, optimizing maintenance schedules.
**What you'll need**
+ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years of experience in CMMS administration, maintenance management, or asset management.
+ A strong understanding of maintenance best practices, including preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.
+ Proficiency with CMMS software such as IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, eMaint, Fiix, or SAP PM.
+ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with a preference for knowledge of SQL or other reporting tools.
+ Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Experience in training teams and managing system rollouts is a plus.
