The Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Process securities transactions, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products
+ Identify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues, and make process improvement recommendations to leadership
+ Analyze moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements, aid in control activities, and contribute to the launch of product services
+ Monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirements
+ Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
+ Design and analyze moderately complex reports, in coordination with standards set by direct leadership
+ Assist with control activities, and the launch of new products and services
+ Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 0-2 years of relevant experience
+ Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies
+ Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Demonstrated knowledge of macros
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance

Buscamos un Analista de Negocios Senior para colaborar con la dirección, diferentes áreas internas y clientes, con el objetivo de identificar, construir y documentar requerimientos y especificaciones del usuario final. La persona seleccionada será responsable de analizar procesos, plataformas y soluciones actuales del cliente (discovery), ejecutar análisis de brechas (Gap Analysis) y asegurar que los requerimientos se entreguen cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad. Responsabilidades principales:

Colaborar con la dirección, áreas internas y clientes para identificar y construir requerimientos de usuario final.





Evaluar, analizar y comunicar de manera continua los requerimientos de sistemas.





Realizar análisis de procesos, soluciones o plataformas actuales del cliente (discovery).





Ejecutar análisis de brechas (Gap Analysis) entre los requerimientos del cliente y las soluciones estándar de FIS.





Desarrollar documentación clara y detallada, comunicándose de manera efectiva con desarrolladores, equipos de producción, gerencia y directivos.





Asegurar que los requerimientos cumplan con los criterios de calidad del cliente.





Colaborar con desarrolladores para definir integraciones de sistemas optimizadas.





Requisitos indispensables (Must Have):

Experiencia comprobable en identificación y construcción de requerimientos de usuario final.





Bilingüe: español e inglés avanzado/fluido.





Conocimiento profundo en aplicaciones de pagos.





Experiencia en backoffice bancario o de procesamiento de pagos.





Amplio conocimiento en ISO 8583.





Conocimientos sólidos en redes de pago (Card Schemes), procesos de certificación, políticas y flujos de trabajo.





Experiencia en reglas de negocio para aplicaciones de pagos.





Alta competencia en redacción de requerimientos de negocio.





Experiencia en visualización de datos.





Habilidades de servicio al cliente y seguimiento.





Capacidad analítica comprobada.





Experiencia en documentación de procesos.





Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con capacidad para traducir datos en insights accionables.





Requisitos deseables (Nice to Have):

Conocimiento funcional profundo en alguna de las siguientes aplicaciones FIS: IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator.
