Abierto para hombres y mujeres comprometidos, dinámicos y con alto sentido de responsabilidad como REPARTIDORES EXPERTOS EN CONSUMO MASIVO para integrarse a nuestro equipo de ATMASA_**
**Actividades**:
Realiza la carga de nuestros productos alimentarios, así como transportación para su distribución-venta en los diferentes puntos comerciales. Manejo de cartera de clientes, apertura de mercado, acomodo, exhibición y rotación de productos. Excelente trato al cliente.
**Requisitos**:
Responsable y Puntual.
Experiência en el manejo objetivos e indicadores.
Acostumbrado a trabajar bajo presión.
Experiência como chofer vendedor en CONSUMO MASIVO
Indispensable conozca la CDMX y que cuente con licencia de manejo vigente.
Disponibilidad de horario.

Buena presentación
Desplazamiento de domicilio a zona de trabajo no mayor a 45 minutos (punto de salida del CEDIS, zona CRIT Iztapalapa).
**Ofrecemos**
Sueldo semanal $1,740.00 netos. Pago por banco Azteca
Prestaciones de ley

Horario de lunes a sábado 6 am al termino de ruta.

Empresa trasnacional líder en consumo masivo está buscando un Gerente Regional de Operaciones en Punto de Venta en Ciudad de México.
Se encargará de maximizar la utilidad de la operación a través de la correcta gestión de los recursos.
Deberá analizar indicadores financieros. Asesorar al personal a su cargo para detectar oportunidades de negocio y definir los planes de acción que ayuden a incrementar las ventas y la rentabilidad del mercado, promoviendo un enfoque a identificar las necesidades de sus clientes y las buenas relaciones con ellos. Mantener la buena imagen y relación con los clientes más importantes a través de visitas y escucha activa de sus necesidades. Maximizar el margen de utilidad al proveer de herramientas, capacitación y la utilización de la información para una mejor toma de decisiones. Acelerar el proceso de maduración de las nuevas Unidades de Negocio, mediante un plan de acción de acuerdo al perfil del cliente. Desarrollar estrategias en conjunto con el personal a su cargo para impulsar ventas y optimizar las condiciones que permitan operar conforme a objetivos. Realizar visitas de calidad para entrenar y evaluar requerimientos de las mismas que les permitan funcionar mejor.

- Developing marketing plans which support strategic initiatives to deliver annual business plan.
- Developing and communicating written briefs for use by agencies and directing their work activities.
- Assessing consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by leveraging consumer research and in-market performance.
- Assisting in developing portfolio strategies across brands/categories.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management.
- Experience with Nielsen or IRI, Bases and other quantitative research tools and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of procedures and media used to drive increased volume and brand equity.
- Ability to manage and inspire agency performance.
- Making consumers and their needs the primary focus of the business.
- Knowledge of the creative brief development process.
- Ability to evaluate creative concepts and executions based on creativity, strategic alignment and consumer impact.
