**Job Description**
As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementing the company's accounting software products with new and/or existing clients. The Implementation Consultant is also responsible for consulting with mid-market clients regarding best practices and client business needs in order to best configure the software and provide exceptional customer service.
You'll Get To:

As a trusted customer advocate, the solutions architect will help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud. You will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of AWS within enterprise customers. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to a solutions architect. The Solutions Architecture function operates under the following guiding principles: Customer Best Interest: The best interest of the customer should be the primary factor in the guidance we provide, and the SA team will work to be perceived as a trusted consultant and virtual team member of the customer organization. Business Opportunity Focus: The SA team is part of the Field Operations (i.e. Sales) organization, and as such, its primary purpose is to identify, develop, and realize business opportunities. Architectural Integrity: The SA team will not compromise on architectural integrity in our guidance, and will recommend best-practice architectures, irrespective of any shorter-term gains. Longer-term customer satisfaction will ultimately be the biggest factor in growing the business. Best Practices Body of Knowledge: Curating and proliferating architectural best practices for AWS workload design and development is a key accelerant to the business, and the SA team must take a leadership role in this regard. Platform Improvement: The SA team is in a unique position to identify and understand technical issues and opportunities for the AWS Platform, and should champion these within the broader AWS organization. Partner Ecosystem Imperative: A vibrant partner ecosystem is a necessity for our business to thrive, and therefore each of our initiatives should include partner ecosystem consideration. Measurement and Systematic Orientation: While Solutions Architecture is still largely a craft that needs to be mastered through practice, there are many aspects of it that can be measured and/or approached systematically, and where possible we will strive to be data driven. Key job responsibilities
- As part of the Amazon Global Sales Organization, formulate and execute a team strategy to solve customer problems.
- Educate customers mainly coming from the Financial Services Industy on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many enablement sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.
- Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, workshops, podcasts and others.
- Build deep relationships with senior technical and non technical stakeholders within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
- Experience working directly in customer implementations
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Licenciatura (Titulado) con orientación a Negocios: Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía, Actuaría, Relaciones Internacionales, Negocios Internacionales; Ingenierías (Titulado): Industrial, Química, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, etc.
  • +5 años de experiencia demostrable en consultoría estratégica para el sector financiero.
  • Conocimiento de la industria financiera
  • Inglés avanzado hablado y escrito (Valorable estancia en el extranjero).
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de consultoría complejos, trabajando con equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas con una capacidad práctica para dar forma a la agenda comercial y definir hojas de ruta estratégicas.

  • Comprender a fondo las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes y ser capaz de satisfacerlas de forma excelente, desde la conceptualización hasta la puesta en marcha de las recomendaciones
  • Desarrollar talento y gestionar equipos multidisciplinares
  • Desarrollar comercialmente clientes estratégicos y conseguir nuevas oportunidades
  • Evaluar decisiones empresariales mediante análisis de datos. Realizar análisis de viabilidad financiera y casos de negocio de diversas oportunidades
  • Liderar y supervisar productos/entregables globales cumpliendo con las las necesidades del proyecto y del cliente. Utilizar de manera efectiva el capital intelectual de NTT DATA para mejorar la creación de entregables.
  • Consolidar, transmitir y poner en práctica el conocimiento adquirido en áreas concretas de expertise, adaptándose a las tendencias del mercado (conocimiento de negocio, metodológico, herramientas.) adquirido.
  • Generar consenso y compromiso con la solución recomendada por parte de todo/as los implicados/as.
