You execute the regulatory affairs strategy for your respective category or categories and geographical area using your technical and regulatory knowledge. You ensure our policies, regulatory programs and requirements of our portfolio carried out.

**How you will contribute**

You will deliver on the regulatory affairs strategy and compliance agenda and work with cross-functional stakeholders to assess regulatory business risks and opportunities. You will provide regulatory affairs expertise for technical regulatory developments and help in responses to challenges and crisis management. In this role, you will ensure that ingredients, product composition, claims and labelling compliance are within applicable regulations and company policies. In addition, you will provide guidance to stakeholders on developments in regulatory affairs, support regulatory impact assessments and change management, help develop regulatory affairs tools, and further develop your knowledge of regulatory, science and nutrition risks and opportunities in your market.

**Meet the Team**:

- The team responsible for building partner practices around Cisco SMB and mid-size market segments focuses on driving partner enablement to ensure partner capacity and quality. The team works to generate a substantial pipeline to drive business growth by aligning with Cisco's strategic objectives, leveraging marketing resources, and collaborating with partners to enhance their capabilities and expand their reach in the market. This team plays a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to SMB and mid-size customers.

**Your Impact**:

- The Partner Seller is responsible for identifying, developing, and handling strategic partnerships that drive sales growth and enhance the company's market presence through distributors. This role involves working closely with partners to create mutually beneficial strategies and ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.

**Key Functions**:

- Identify potential partners and evaluate opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to establish and strengthen partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive continued business growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns and providing support.
- Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales and marketing plans.
- Set and achieve sales targets through partner channels and distributors.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and deliver training programs to partners on new products and services.
- Track and report on the performance of partner sales initiatives.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of partnership strategies.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the same industry.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
