Actividades
1.Procesar los requerimientos de cliente
2.Asegurar el ingreso de los requerimientos al sistema
3.Comunicar plan de embarques a las áreas correspondientes
4.Prepara facturas para entregas y notas de credito
5.Seguimiento de ordenes para asegurar la entrega en la fecha especificada
6.Asegurar que las cantidades son las requeridas en sistema y en los documentos
8.Informar al cliente de fechas de entrega, anticipar retrasos y cualquier información adicional que requiera el cliente
9.Notificar al cliente cuando su material no pueda ser entregado en tiempo y forma
10.Cumplir con los lineamientos de las normas IATF 16949 e ISO 14001 correspondientes a su área de trabajo
Ofrecemos:
- Sueldo de $12,000 a 15,000 mensual
- Vales de despensa $200 semanal
- Fondo de ahorro 5 %
- Prestaciones de Ley

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for our Irapuato faciltiy.
**What You Will Do In Your Role**:
- Organizes, coordinates and validates the activities of the SPV's of shipments and Customer Service, both in the FG warehouses in the plant and also in external warehouses.
- Provide support to the customer service team in critical situations due to supply, scope, or problems reported by the client that require greater analysis, focus, and timely follow-up.
- Monthly preparation of sales fcst, customer work calendar.
- Coordinate the operation between the plant and the external warehouse, according to the established processes, inputs, outputs, time transfers, FIFO monitoring, making sure to comply with the established KPI's.
- Will have the responsibility to ensure effective communication with the parties involved to have the material according to the established stock levels, will do a timely follow-up with the counterpart of planning, production, quality in order to comply with customer deliveries.
- It will establish the additional measurables with the personnel in charge, it will work in the diffusion, as well as in the development of its personnel in the medium and long term.
- Ensure compliance with KPI's (safety, efficiency, utilization, compliance)
- Document processes, administer Management of change.
- Analysis of storage capacity, layout, flows and critical routes.
- Ensure that there is effective inventory control, evaluate the performance of inventory staff cycle counts and define action plans that help raise the % reliability of inventories.
- Ensure the preservation of equipment and facilities, to operate in optimal conditions.
- Develop induction plan, training and RRE's of its personnel in charge.
- Analysis of fcst for headcount.
- Standardization of processes.
