Misión:
- Liderar la estrategia y cumplimiento en seguridad industrial y medio ambiente, garantizando la integridad de las personas, instalaciones y procesos, así como la atención oportuna ante autoridades regulatorias.
Retos / Actividades
- Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de programas internos de seguridad industrial y medio ambiente en instalaciones administrativas y operativas.
- Coordinar auditorías de la STPS y dar seguimiento a normativas laborales y ambientales.
- Gestionar trámites y reportes ante autoridades (STPS, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, INVEA, Protección Civil, entre otras).
- Mantener actualizada la documentación y registros oficiales en materia de seguridad.
- Coordinar y fortalecer a los equipos de seguridad e higiene.
- Diseñar y ejecutar planes de capacitación y entrenamientos para colaboradores.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura o ingeniería en Seguridad Industrial, Salud y Medio Ambiente, Ingeniería Industrial o afín (título indispensable).
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones gerenciales.
- Conocimiento sólido de legislación y normativas vigentes en seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.

Responsabilidades principales:
- Supervisar y coordinar al personal de prevención.
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a los protocolos de seguridad establecidos.
- Monitorear accesos y detectar situaciones de riesgo.
- Realizar reportes periódicos e indicadores de desempeño en materia de seguridad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos corporativos.
Requisitos:
