What You'll Do

- Reconcile and approve invoices.
- Inventory:
- Stock level monitoring at all locations.
- Weekly inventory reconciliation, analysis, and proactive communication for PO placements and/or inventory transfers if necessary.
- Monthly inventory value reporting (global and by location)
- Vendor Management:
- Maintain productive vendor relationships
- Communicate production demand
- Send agenda and run weekly vendor meetings
- Sourcing:
Search and propose various item options. Provide comparison charts (pricing, - MOQ, etc).
- SKU Management
: Efficiently overseeing a large number of SKUs across multiple brands, ensuring optimal product availability and diversity. - Purchasing Planning
: Provide informed recommendations on purchasing quantities based on inventory analysis and demand forecasts. - Reporting and Data Analysis:
Regularly generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and related metrics. Utilize data analytics to identify trends and inform inventory planning decisions. - Collaboration:

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for working in close partnership with procurement, planning, supplier development, logistics, product management and IT to improve the supply chain operations. The Analyst is responsible for data gathering (extract, entry, sorting, filtering, etc.), in-depth analysis and reporting in support of the Supply Chain department. The incumbent uses quantitative and analytical approaches to draw and represent data in a usable format for decision making by the team. Technical Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain, manufacturing, or equivalent management experience in a fast-paced, discrete, multi-process environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in any functions of the Supply Chain (Sourcing, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping and Logistics, Receiving) is a plus. Experience and/or demonstrated understanding of internal customer requirements at a manufacturing facility is a plus.
