En Rappi, buscamos un(a) Account Growth Manager apasionado(a) por las ventas, la innovación y los resultados, para liderar la gestión de nuestro cliente más importante dentro de la vertical de monetización. Esta persona será responsable de desarrollar planes de marketing estratégicos, fortalecer alianzas a largo plazo e impulsar el crecimiento de las marcas dentro de nuestra plataforma.
Serás una figura clave en la definición y ejecución de estrategias de Trade Marketing, Media, Sampling, Data & Insights, trabajando de forma transversal con múltiples equipos para garantizar rentabilidad y éxito en cada campaña.
Responsabilidades principales
- Negociar e implementar planes de marketing 360° con cuentas estratégicas, combinando iniciativas de media, trade y sampling;
- Desarrollar propuestas comerciales innovadoras con foco en crecimiento de ingresos y performance;
- Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de marketing disruptivas que impulsen el posicionamiento de las marcas en e-commerce;
- Gestionar la relación con el principal cliente de la vertical, asegurando una colaboración sostenible y de largo plazo (JBP – Joint Business Plans);
- Identificar y contactar nuevas marcas y anunciantes con potencial para integrarse al ecosistema de Rappi;
- Realizar seguimiento de campañas junto al equipo de Growth y otros stakeholders;
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de revenue, rentabilidad y retorno de inversión;
- Coordinar con áreas internas para asegurar una operación fluida de facturación y postventa.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
- Título universitario en Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería, Comunicación o carreras afines;
- 4 a 5 años de experiencia experiencia cuentas clave, crecimiento de marca o roles similares, idealmente en consumo masivo (CPG/FMCG), e-commerce o delivery;
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación, planeación estratégica y relacionamiento con stakeholders de alto nivel;
- Manejo de herramientas de CRM, gestión comercial y análisis de datos;
- Visión de negocio, orientación a resultados y mentalidad analítica;

**About the role**

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Growth role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
