Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an AI Legal Research Assistant. The AI Legal Research Assistant will be responsible for legal research, preparation of output documents, and providing analytical support, among other related tasks. The role also involves effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant legal insights on matters regarding AI and emerging technologies.

  • Lay out the calendar for the year with trips and tax appointments.
  • Coordinate with the tax appointment scheduler to make sure all days are correct and work in any urgent calls to his Google calendar.
  • Financial & Investment Support
  • Monitor multiple company deadlines for state filings. Do the state filings. The list of companies and deadlines is on the front of a binder. For the companies that are in WY, we use two companies called RASI and Wyoming Registered Agent Services LLC. You just have to pay their invoices; they do the work.
  • We use the Registered Agent Services companies for privacy. If we are using them, chances are that your manager does not want his name visible on the Secretary of State website, so you will need to fill out the paperwork accordingly. The companies can help walk you through how to fill them out.
