Production – Packing: Here you would work on getting our product into its final packaging and set up in pallets. How? Working on the installation and startup of new equipment; making studies on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization) and identifying projects to achieve the performance targets of the packing line.
Warehouse: After our product is manufactured the first logistic stop will be inhouse storage prior to shipping. You will handle space, time and movements optimization projects to simplify operation. You will guardian of our internal controls and audit processes to ensure inventory is properly storage.
Quality : You should ensure a consistent quality in line with customer expectations, local laws and P&G's guidelines. We validate all the formulas and equipment prior to production and are responsible for the study of “non-standards” to improve our processes and training of the entire plant to quality principles.

Main Activities

- Presentar reportes al jefe inmediato cada inicio de mes del cierre anterior y de varios que se deben hacer como solicitar notas de crédito de los distribuidores que hayan cubierto la cuota, quienes les toca incentivos, etc.

¿Cuál es el principal desafío del puesto?
El / la Jefe de Mantenimiento localizado en Vallejo es responsable de Generar estrategias de mantenimiento, así como administrar los recursos humanos y tecnológicos con los que cuente el departamento, delegando actividades y responsables, asegurando la funcionalidad y disponibilidad de los equipos de la unidad de negocios, para su operación mediante la previa programación de mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos, así como la reacción inmediata a trabajos correctivos requeridos por las líneas de producción, logrando así un flujo continuo de la producción.
Responsabilidades
- Implantar sistemas y procedimientos para el mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo en la planta.
- Implementar el sistema TPM para la administración del mantenimiento total productivo en las diferentes áreas de manufactura.
- Coordinar actividades de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo y TPM
- Establecer actividades para personal a su cargo.
- Trabajar activamente en los grupos de mejora continúa identificando causas e impulsando al personal a su cargo en el logro de los objetivos establecidos.
- Verificar que se efectúen los trabajos asignados diariamente.
- Mantener y controlar los manuales, planos, croquis, diagramas y modificaciones que se realicen en la maquinaria, equipo, refacciones e instalaciones.
- Control y determinación de stock de refacciones para mantenimiento de maquinaria y equipo.
- Desarrollar e implementar planes de capacitación al personal de mantenimiento a todos los niveles y categoría.
- Supervisar y asesorar al personal a cargo ( mecánicos,a electricistas y electrónicos) en los trabajos de mantenimiento y en la solución de fallas en maquinaria y equipo
- Es responsable de solicitar los servicios que se realizarán por proveedores externos ( modificaciones a instalaciones, etc.)
- Ejecutar y coordinar servicios de mantenimiento preventivo o correctivo a equipo hidráulico, neumático y mecánico de las máquinas y equipos de producción así como a los equipos de servicios y soporte ( torres de enfriamiento, unidades hidráulicas, colectores de polvo, sistemas de bombeo de aguas generales .etc.).
- Ejecutar modificaciones, mejoras y/o cambios al equipo hidráulico, neumático y mecánico de las máquinas y equipos de producción, así como a los equipos de servicio, cambiando o introduciendo mejores materiales, herramientas, nuevos equipos de control y monitoreo,. Etc.
- Responsable de la calidad, terminación y/o coordinación de cada trabajo efectuado individualmente o con el auxilio de uno o v responsable de mantener en óptimas condiciones de operación y dentro de estándares de calidad a las máquinas y equipos de producción, así como en buenas condiciones sus equipos de servicio, para obtener la máxima eficiencia con los mínimos tiempos improductivos.
- Responsable de la Administración del TMSS (Tenneco Machine Safety System), realizar evaluaciones, planes de acción para cada uno de los equipos a su cargo con el objetivo de cumplir los requerimientos corporativos.
- Responsable del seguimiento de los indicadores de mantenimiento MTTR y MTBF (Mean Time To Repair y Mean Time Before Failure); Seguimiento y Planes de Mejora.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos del Sistema de Gestión ISO 14001
- Participar en la identificación y evaluación de aspectos e impactos ambientales considerando una perspectiva del ciclo de vida del producto.
- Identificar y evaluar el cumplimiento de los controles operacionales con el objetivo de la prevención a incidentes de seguridad, salud y ambientales
- Asegurar que se cumplan los requisitos del Sistema de Calidad IATF 16949.
- Establecer, implementar, mantener y mejorar los procesos a su cargo dentro del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad , EHS, Mejora Continua y asegurar que estos generan los resultados previstos.
- Asegurarse que se determinan, se comprenden y se cumplen los requisitos de los clientes, así como los legales y otros
- Informar a la Gerencia de Planta sobre el desempeño de sus procesos y las oportunidades de mejora.
- Determinar y considerar los riesgos y oportunidades que puedan afectar al producto o servicio cliente y medio ambiente.
COMPETENCIA TECNICAS :
· Conocimiento de electricidad industrial.
· Conocimiento en neumática y electro neumática.
· Conocimiento en hidráulica.
· Conocimiento en electrónica industrial .
· Conocimiento en mecánica industrial.
· Conocimiento en PLC
· Conocimiento de Lógica y Control
· Conocimiento de indicadores de Mantenimiento (MTTR y MTBF)
· Conocimiento en TPM
· Conocimiento en Equipos primarios (Chiller, compresor y Sub Estación Eléctrica)
· Conocimiento en drives de Corriente Alterna Y Corriente Directa.
