About the team As part of the New Construction Data Science team, you will be an integral partner to the New Construction Product & Business Teams. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will analyze how customers interact with new construction listings, how builders and customers interact with each other, and how builders work with Zillow. You will provide thought leadership in optimizing customer/builder experience and Zillow revenue.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze, interpret, and visualize large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support Zillow’s New Construction business.

  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights and recommendations, and getting stakeholders buy-in.

  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define key metrics, goals, and objectives, and develop data-driven strategies to track and achieve them.

  • Utilize causal inference techniques and novel experimental designs to evaluate the launches of pilot programs.

  • Understanding revenue attributes using various modeling techniques.

  • Effectively manage prioritization and planning with key stakeholders.

  • Mentor and coach junior team members on executing analytic requests and help unblocking through code reviews & best practice sharing.

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support efficient data collection, storage, and processing. 

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. As a Senior Data Scientist at StreetEasy, you will employ a broad variety of data science skills, all with the aim of creating a fantastic consumer and partner experience at StreetEasy. Who you are

You are a generalist who enjoys every aspect of Data Science, from simple data pulls to advanced statistical models. Specifically, you will have:

  • BS degree in an appropriate technology field (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Economics, etc.).

  • Advanced English proficiency, as most of the stakeholders are US based

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans.

  • A track record of running 80-20 analysis, i.e. the ability to quickly solve problems with data in the fastest, most efficient way possible.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL & Python (or another programming language); experience using Tableau and Databricks.

  • 5+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis and complex problem solving.

  • Strong product sense and business acumen. The ability to connect the dots between business needs and the data.

  • Experience working with x-functional partners, especially engineering, product and marketing

Nice to Have

  • Experience in experimentation methodologies and causal inferences

  • Have experience building and productionizing ML models

  • Have previously used dbt

  • Experience with AI tools, e.g. Cursor AI

Engineering & Manufacturing Internship

Start Date: December 1, 2025.

Work schedule: Part-time with flexible working hours.

Location: Vallejo, Naucalpan or Alce Blanco Plant.

Duration: 12 - 24 months.

Profile: Active college student of any Engineering.

Qualifications: Graduation date D ecember 2026 to June 2027 .

Travel: Occasional.

Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $8,500 mxn to $17,000 mxn. Compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

Your role in Manufacturing:

Whether it’s directly from the production floor or from support areas; you'll face different challenges and take meaningful responsibilities since day one. You will discover our leading technologies, and, in the end, you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.

Will you take the challenge?

You will likely be placed in one of the following areas:

  • Production Making: Here we bring to life our products- your priority should be flexibility while delivering the product in time and seeing opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Production Packing: Here you would work on getting our product into its final packaging and set up in pallets. How? Working on the installation and startup of new equipment; making studies on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization) and identifying projects to achieve the performance targets of the packing line.

  • Warehouse: After our product is manufactured the first logistic stop will be inhouse storage prior to shipping. You will handle space, time and movements optimization projects to simplify operation. You will guardian of our internal controls and audit processes to ensure inventory is properly storage.

  • Quality : You should ensure a consistent quality in line with customer expectations, local laws and P&G's guidelines. We validate all the formulas and equipment prior to production and are responsible for the study of “non-standards” to improve our processes and training of the entire plant to quality principles.

  • Health, Safety & Environment: If you are a passionate for the sustainability, this area is for you. In this team handles the environmental impact of the site, including working on our waste, destruction of defective products, water management and energy as well as the safety of our people.

  • Continuous Improvement: Day to day operation is the base of manufacturing, however our continuous improvement approach is what makes the difference in our results. You will lead project execution across site to improve productivity as well as ideas coordination between the different areas to find business opportunities.

Mastercard has evolved into a comprehensive technology and services platform. By expanding into areas such as fraud prevention, loyalty, personalization, and data analytics, Mastercard now supports banks, merchants, and governments in delivering smarter, more secure, and highly personalized customer experiences.

And as digital commerce has grown, so have the security challenges. Cyber threats now extend beyond individual transactions to entire digital ecosystems, requiring a broader approach to protection. Recognizing this, Mastercard strengthened its cybersecurity capabilities through strategic acquisitions, beginning with RiskRecon in 2019 and more recently Recorded Future, a global leader in threat intelligence. These additions enable Mastercard to offer advanced cyber risk assessment and real-time threat detection, helping clients safeguard their entire digital footprint—not just the payments themselves.

About the Role:

The Cybersecurity Business Development will contribute to the growth of Mastercard’s Cyber business in this key segment. As the P&L owner for Mastercard Cybersecurity within the Division, you will lead the strategic growth and commercial success of the cybersecurity business, driving revenue through both direct sales engagement and liaising across any relevant customer facing teams to maximize sales for Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities will include:

Build & Oversee the GTM Operating Model for the Division
-Define a collaborative operating model with clear joint account coverage
-Connect sales and SBL teams under a unified MA Cyber narrative and sales process

Coordinate Internal Execution Across Teams
-Facilitate key client introductions across businesses
(cross-sell opportunities between RF/ RR/ Consulting)
-Oversee sales enablement, especially for SBLs
(sales collateral, pitch decks, training, pipeline visibility)
-Align product, sales, CS and marketing teams around launches and revenue goals

Specialist Cyber Sales
-End-to-end ownership of sales, with focus on consulting bundles
-Recorded Future & Risk Recon referrals for Mastercard managed Accounts
Identify issues, take improvement actions and communicate progress
-Report clearly on commercial integration progress
-Track lead funnel health and conversion efficiency: and take improvement actions
-Advise on integration risks

Success will be measured by sales performance, client impact, and contribution to the expansion of Mastercard’s cybersecurity solutions footprint.


Required Qualifications

Cybersecurity experience:
•10+ years’ work experience which includes time spent in cybersecurity consulting or technology sales.
•Industry savvy, understanding emerging cyber trends and creatively leveraging market opportunities.
•Working experience with sales of security services, consulting and/or technologies such as cyber threat intelligence, security awareness and training, cloud security, crisis and incident response management, third party risk management, threat and vulnerability management, security in disruptive technologies such AI - Artificial Intelligence, CRQ – Cyber Risk Quantification, web application firewall, and identity theft protection.
Diverse stakeholder management
•Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement
•Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment without formal authority
•Track record of delivering results through structured planning, rigorous execution, and attention to detail
•Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving business priorities and market dynamics
•Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed tactical execution skills to drive overall client impact and ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations.
•Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a flexibility to multitask and handle multiple requests with varying degrees of priority simultaneously.
•Experience in complex organization structures, managing and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Commercial experience
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulate storytelling and translating complex concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with clients.
•Direct selling or customer facing experience, identifying client needs and building cybersecurity proposals.
•Ability to identify new business development opportunities and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities.
•Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with both mid- and executive-level clients
•NOTE: No non-competes that prevent sales interactions with clients in the financial services sector.

Preferred Qualifications
•Successful tenure at a top tier strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman)
•Experience with the application of information security standards and good practices (such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA).
•Experience with payment ecosystem security: understanding of security needs for potential customers within your segment (sales territory)
•Experience in managing P&L responsibility or similar business ownership roles, with a focus on growth and profitability
