We are currently in search of a Compliance Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations align with both Mexican and international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise local and corporate staff about trade compliance aspects and risks of proposed business decisions; collaborate effectively with peers at related company sites.
- Perform reviews of all PROSEC, Regla Octava, and rulings related to Brady’s Mexico operation.
- Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC, and other Mexican trade programs.
- Follow procedures and controls of Annex 31, Annex 24 and Annex 22 to ensure Customs Operations has the correct platform to comply with Mexico regulations and compliance rules.
- Administer and monitor Annex 24 and Annex 31 systems.
- Review and process import/export documentation, including USMCA certificates and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications.
- Will be supporting the US Compliance team on any compliance related matter such as NAFTA certificates, HTS classification and any other compliance matter.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain compliance with customs regulations.
- Develop specific projects with Customs operations, Supply Chain & Logistics and Finance.
- Will develop audit tools to ensure NPI and Transfers comply with Mexico regulations, US Regulations including but not limited to: Accurate Costing, HTS classifications, USMCA certificates, among others.
- Support audits and provide training on trade compliance matters.
- Perform internal and external audit for import and export compliance.
- Prepare, review, approve, and submit applications for export/import licenses, permits, and other requests for authorization.
- Review with site department managers their trade compliance internal controls (procedures, work instructions, forms, checklists, and tools) to ensure they are current and compliant.
- Analyze and interpret export and import regulations and maintain current knowledge of changes.
- Transact records in trade compliance information systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Customs Compliance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Maquiladora (IMMEX) environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Annex 24.
- Strong understanding of USMCA, international trade agreements, and Mexican customs laws.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with CTPAT and AEO certifications.
- Familiarity with PROSEC and Regla Octava programs.
- Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to trade compliance.

En Diseños Técnicos de Infraestructura, buscamos responsable de la comunicación técnica aeronáutica y no aeronáutica para la coordinación segura y eficaz de todas las actividades relacionadas con los trabajos de su representada en el Área de Operaciones Aéreas del aeropuerto, así como de la supervisión y vigilancia del movimiento de todos los vehículos y equipos relacionados con los trabajos en el área de movimiento; priorizando la seguridad operacional sobre cualquier otro objetivo de producción.
Lugar de trabajo: Aeropuerto Internacional de Guadalajara y/o Aeropuerto Internacional de Tijuana.
Requisitos Indispensables:
- Carrera técnica de Oficial de operaciones de Aeronave / Oficial despachador de Aeronaves.
- Licencia de oficial de operaciones de aeronaves (OOA).
- Experiencia mínima de un año en operaciones aeronáuticas.
- Experiencia en MRO’S (mantenimiento, reparación y operaciones).
- Lenguaje RTAR nivel 1.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Deseable inglés técnico aeronáutico intermedio.
Conocimientos:
- Lectura (decodificación) de NOTAM’s.
- Fraseología aeronáutica.

Funciones del puesto:
- Comunicarse con las entidades de tránsito aéreo del aeropuerto, haciendo uso de la fraseología aeronáutica adecuada y vigente, con el fin de coordinar las actividades que vayan a tener alguna clase de contacto (fijo o esporádico) con el área de movimiento del aeropuerto o cualquier otra área del aeropuerto que pueda tener algún impacto para la seguridad operacional de la aeronave.
- Realizar las comunicaciones necesarias con todas las partes interesadas para la coordinación segura y eficaz de todas las actividades realizadas por la contratista en el Área de Operaciones Aérea (AOA).
- Documentarse con la Publicación de Información Aeronáutica (PIA) del aeropuerto en donde realizará sus funciones, especialmente la sección AD2.
- Monitorear diariamente las condiciones mecánicas y de balizamiento de los vehículos, equipos y maquinaria previo a su ingreso y durante su permanencia en el AOA.
- Guiar apropiadamente a todos los vehículos y equipos al servicio de la contratista que necesiten transitar por el área de movimiento del aeropuerto o cualquier otra área que se considere potencialmente peligrosa.
- Revisar diariamente la vigencia de los NOTAM’s previo a iniciar o coordinar cualquier actividad.
- Mantenerse a la escucha de la frecuencia aeronáutica y no aeronáutica para responder oportunamente cualquier solicitud, así como mantener una conciencia situacional durante toda la jornada de trabajo.
- Apoyar al CSO a analizar cualquier actividad de la contratista, planificada o emergente, con fines de identificación de peligros.
- Identificar oportunamente fatiga propia de cualquier personal de la obra y reportarlo oportunamente al CSO designado para acciones inmediatas.
- Activar oportunamente el flujo de comunicación establecido en cuanto tenga conocimiento de algún incidente, accidente o eventos inseguros y reportarlo en un lapso no mayor a 24 horas al Sistema de Notificación de Sucesos del aeropuerto ya sea en su área de trabajo como en cualquier otra zona del AOA.
- Reportar obligatoriamente todos los eventos inseguros y consecuencias que identifique y presencie al Sistema de Notificación de Sucesos del aeropuerto en un lapso no mayor a 24 horas después del suceso.
- Reportar obligatoriamente al Sistema de Notificación de Sucesos todos los peligros que identifique y que la contratista no haya atendido en un lapso de 24 horas; como máximo en un periodo de 48 horas después de la identificación.
