What kind of internship projects you can expect?
As Commercial & Sales Planning Internship you will:
Design and execute reports to track key customer fundamentals.
Develop strategies to win in your category with the client, negotiating with trade marketing and other internal functions to make it happen.
Manage end-to-end special projects such as eCommerce and contests: strategy development, fund planning, performance verification, reporting, etc.
Interact and negotiate with various multifunctional areas of the client, including Directors.

Summary
The Material Planning & Procurement Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective availability of materials for our production in Mexico. You'll be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of material requirements planning, supply chain dynamics, and supplier management. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a sharp focus on optimizing material flow to ensure our production lines run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all assigned materials are delivered on time and are cost-effective to meet production schedules.
- Collaborate closely with production and planning teams to understand material needs and forecast future requirements.
- Develop and maintain material master data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and manage purchase orders based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) output and production forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess, and manage material obsolescence.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery schedules, accurate lead times, and order confirmations.
- Resolve any material discrepancies, quality issues, or delivery delays with suppliers promptly.
- Participate in supplier performance reviews, focusing on on-time delivery and quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in material planning and procurement.
- Provide regular updates on material availability, potential risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Review and approve invoicing and bill of lading for receiving before payment.
- Assist in cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction related to material procurement.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) principles and practices.

Data Loss Prevention Engineer
Should have 7+ year of relevant experience that includes:
- Expertise in designing and implementing Symantec DLP solutions
- An Excellent knowledge in Data Privacy and Protection concepts.
- DLP Policy configuration as per business requirements
- Experience with Jira and confluence
- Deploy DLP Software/Firmware updates and Patches
- Coordinate with OEM for implementation support issues

The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead a team building extremely complex emulators in a rack-based form factor at our local partner contract manufacturers. This key position requires an adaptive learner, a proven team leader, with an ability to work in a diverse cross functional environment with partner contract manufacturers and R&D teams. The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have the ability to excel in a high-energy, team focused environment and have a commitment to building high complexity quality products.
Position reports to: Product Engineering Director
Location: Primarily Guadalajara, Mexico in assigned local partner contract manufacturer sites, or any other locations as assigned or instructed by the Company.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Oversee manufacturing of high complexity Cadence Emulation and Prototyping products at regional partner CMs.
- Drive the Release to Manufacturing process on new Cadence products.
- Drive completion of all procedures and process documents for assembling and testing of next generation Cadence products at the designated contract manufacturers
- Debug and resolution of all production issues.
- Identify and report quality issues to Cadence and CM Quality Team.
- Generate production yield and debug metrics, present, and develop manufacturing knowledge base.
- Participate in second source and alternative qualification exercises to improve quality, cost, or supply.
- Run NPI product plans on next gen products.
- Support DFM and the resolution of all manufacturing-oriented design issues
- Ensure products ship with highest quality while meeting aggressive production schedules.
- Develop and manage the development of scalable and automated assembly and test processes, test fixtures, and any other processes or equipment that is required for the efficient production and testing of products.
- Protect and preserve production line readiness and integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience OR MS with a minimum of 7 years of experience OR PhD with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- 10+ years working in Product/Manufacturing Engineering of high complexity rack equipment systems.
- Ability to drive and work in collaboration with Contract Manufacturers.
- Ability to manage team but also work hands on.
- Technically lead and manage Product and Test engineers and logistics.
- Previous experience with high speed SerDes interconnect (PCIe or SERDES circuits).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Independent, diligent, creative, focused organized, ability to work within a start-up team on multiple projects concurrently.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, test flows and new product introduction.
- Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, MCAD/ECAD, literate in Python and shell scripting.
- Ability to read and work from schematics and device data sheets.
Highly Desirable Knowledge/Experience:
- Understanding of ASIC build/test process.
- Previous experience with liquid cooled computer systems.
- Previous experience with high density Optical and Network test processes including Infiniband and ROCE2.
- Previous experience with high density press fit backplanes.
- Experience with Cadence SPB tools (Allegro, Orcad).
- Previous experience with high density Optical manufacturing processes including installing, cleaning, repairing, and testing.
- Understanding of electrical power distribution (single phase, three phase).
- Experience with PLM tools like Arena or Agile.
- Comfortable with Linux environment: admin level tools, and software development tools, scripts.
