What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. Performs sales support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures.   • Customers Service and Service Requests: Meets customer service agreements established in SOW. Respond quickly ad professionally to customer requests for information relative to orders and RMA's requests for confirmations/invoices, credit status, expediting or shipping requirements. Documents all customer requests for product returns or maintenance cancellations in an Oracle ERP system. Obtains all related facts and makes the decision to accept or reject based on established guidelines.

  • Backlog Management, Billing and Resolution of vendor Invoice Discrepancies and Claims: Maintain control of the open backlog of orders, service requests and RMA's from entry through billing. From ongoing reviews of open orders and SRs/RMAs determine if the vendors have shipped, entitled and or billed the order or return. Research and resolve vendor invoice variances caused by price, quantity, goods/services receipts, freight and tax code discrepancies.

  • May manage customer quotes activities in line with customer specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management.

What We Are Looking For:  

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content operations, or related roles

  • Experience working in or with UX/design teams, and integrating content into user-centered design processes  

  • Proficiency with content systems (e.g., CMS, DAM, and taxonomy tools)

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (PowerBI) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Understanding of data governance, data integrity, and relational databases.
  • Strong abilities in data management and project management.
  • B2B and B2C marketing background with detailed knowledge of business data and marketing processes.
  • Experience working with market research analyst firms finding trends, forecasts and bringing research back to leadership teams.
  • General knowledge of email and database compliance, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic about data and marketing, and up-to-date with industry trends and tools. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude who has experience building out new offerings. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Funciones del puesto

  • Traducir todo el contenido del catalogo electrónico de productos (EPC) para los sistemas internos.
  • Traducir términos y frases técnicas de la industria automotriz.
  • Traducir nombres de tipos de parte, atributos y descripciones de manera estandarizada
  • Traducir flayers, catálogos, anuncios, empaques, etc.
  • Editar y traducir documentos gráficos, y recursos visuales de apoyo como diagramas, boletines, banners, etc.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de traducciones español/ingles.


Requerimientos del puesto

  • Licenciatura con especialidad en traducción e interpretación
  • Experiencia requerida de 2 a 3 años como traductor de documentación técnica, legal, medica, farmacéutica u otras áreas especializadas.
  • Conocimiento en software grafico (Photoshop).
  • Preferente conocimiento en autopartes o retail.
  • Uso de herramienta CAT, SQL, Microsoft office.
  • Comunicación efectiva, imagen profesional y actitud positiva.
  • Excelente redacción y habilidades organizacionales
  • Alta atención al detalle y resolución de problemas.
